I buy all of my everyday sweats and tees from Jac & Mooki, excellent quality soft cotton that washes well & doesn’t shrink. All of the pieces mix & match and the denim pieces are super comfy and very flattering.
All the more attractive if you’re lucky enough to buy pieces on sale.

Yes it was nice to receive your garments but of course it’s So hard to get the right price even tho you have sizes they are all different makes so long dress abit too big and striped one too short but that’s ok I’ll use it as a nightie

All over the service was excellent.
I still found difficulties to buy jeans without trying. I bought same size black 2 pairs, Pia and Audrey. Pia was good but Audrey was too tight and not good fit to my shape. I wanted to exchange Audrey to different colour of Pia but there were only light blue jeans which I don’t want. Refund is not the option and need to pay return postage. It’s OK if tops but I feel a bit unfair about bottoms.

Items ordered were received promptly. They are all as I expected and true to size except for one item. That one item which wasn't true to size was an error on my behalf as in the description they advised to go down one size which I did not read before purchase.

Amazing customer service from Jac and mooki. A packing error meant that I was sent the wrong sizes. As soon as I sent them a photo of the issue, the team immediately dispatched the right sizes along with a return bag and label to print!
