return back, they not return my 2700rs back by their cheating policies and worst customer support support and very rude disrespectful delivery service. Amazon is way

Horrible customer care service by…

Horrible customer care service by jabong. I've been trying to return a product for past two days and the entire experience is becoming painful. The app is not working properly from where I can place the return. Tried their customer care number but no body gives a damn to pick the phone. Wrote a mail to them but got such a stupid reply. Really disappointing !!! Pathetic service jabong team....

1. Their customer service is awful. Try calling them and you'll see for yourself.
2. they will take you for a ride on cashbacks and discounts.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. They make anyone wait for more than 30 min on call before someone answers. Horrible service. They kept on delivering the wrong size like 3 times. I did call and asked them to deliver the right size the last time but hell no, they again delivered the wrong one.

I have ordered 4 products and no one is…

Its pathetic , I have uninstalled the app and will never use it again as I had an horrible experience. I have ordered 4 products and no one is delivered on time and they also, they update wrong status as the product was our for delivery. I didn't receive a single call or message from the site for my product at the end the product get cancelled.

very bad service

very bad service. they delivered the wrong product after making u wait so long. its very difficult to get in touch with them when u have an issue. they dont even respond. when they do, the dont provide any practical solutions. will never be dealing with them again.

the worst experience I have with Jabong

One of the worst experience I have in online shopping is with Jabong.
First time I have purchased and I have paid also for this order, its been more than 8days still the product is not even shipped.
When I raised the complaint, I was told within 3-5 working days they will update me even after 4 days they are not able to check why the delay is.!
Just Hated because of the worst experience with Jabong.
Highly dissatisfied and will never recommend anyone for Jabong even if Jabong will give products for free.!

I want my money back by today itself or else i will put a case n close ur bussiness.how long should i wait for ur 48 hours, its bin 4 days niw n ur 48 hours stil nt yet funished, this is how u people handle the costomers n runing a bussiness, better go to roadside n beg for money..u beggers n fraud.i am warning u to refund my money by today itself..do u understand..u better or else jst wait n watch....

Jabong is a very good platform for online shopping but unfortunately in all the wrong ways,they cancel your order w/o any reasons,uses your money for as long as they wish and don't refund you,dosnt return your jabong points even when they are at complete fault,very arrogant and rude customer service staff,the only thing they are good at is cheating and looting customers,every month they will have lucrative sale offers and provide you with cheapest products but not to be delivered at all.What they do is give u products at very cheap rate and when the prices rise potentially they cancel your order and instead deliver it to those who have bought the same product for higher prices,jabong team you better be aware,it will only take one customer to take down your entire company and expose you,dont even think of signing up in jabong all you customers.

Totally disappointed.

I hv been using Jabong from long age. Never had any major issue but now I'm totally disappointed. They first sent me wrong product and then didn't take product back saying " Quality check fail' . A new drama from them. Never going to use this site again. Myntra is better option for me now.

Product returned but no refund from Jabong.

Product has been picked up from my place and their website says Return Declined.

I have given 3-4 complaints already since 7th July 2018 and each time they say someone from their senior team will contact me within 24 hours.

I am shocked and surprised that inspite of repeated complaints NOBODY has yet called me.

They have taken my product and have not given my refund and have lost the product in their return transit.

VERY BAD SERVICE.

Please advice on how do I take action on consumer forum with regards to this refund and bad service.

I got a used product with discharged battery

I got a used product with discharged battery ,which was non-returnable , I complaint regarding that the next day I receive it with the picture of the product and from last 2 weeks they constantly call and say we can't do anything , In short they are taking advantage of the fact that its a non- returnable product and they are not gonna do anything about it.Such worst services I haven't experienced earlier. I will never recommend this shopping site to anyone.

A very bad shopping experience

A very bad shopping experience. If you return the product they would not refund the exact amount they charged. And refund issued would be lesser and they would justify it by saying that it is either shipping charges or the taxes. What kind of service is that. If I do not keep the product why should I pay the charges.
I bought a footwear for Rs. 1050 and when I returned it they gave a partial refund of Rs. 950 saying the remaining charges are for handling the product.

This is the worst site ever

This is the worst site ever, i have shopped from.
Everytime i order from this site, i always have to return the product.
The product quality is more than worst. Very bad.
Myntra and Limeroad are far better than this site.

Will never ever shop from this site.
Deleting my account as well.

This is horrible

This is horrible, its been three days after making a complaint to team Jabong for delivering me the wrong product and emailed them the snaps of the wrong product.

Now they are calling me and emailing me that their concern department is checking the issues but this is now 3 days.

and yet no reply i have got from them,

The girl on call from team Jabong says and on email we will give you an update in 24 hours but what update.

I have paid for the product and i simply need the product to be deliver to me and pick the wrong product.

Isnt this as simple as it can be done??????

Because of your fault or the error of your logistic team, why do it have to wait for any update or this 3 days long.

I have a feeling that i will keep writing them, keep calling jabong and will get a reply we are working on it and the concern team will provide you an update shortly.

But how many days, months or years do you need to get this sort.

The package consisted of 1 PALAZZO KAMEEZ DUPAT.. from your order number 180526832460333

No one is interested fixing this up, it takes a day to finish this up.
I am asking you to deliver me the right product and pick wrong one from me and do whatever or who so ever is the concern department has to do at their back end.

just free me up

Its a horrible company to spend your money, better dont buy from here.
