Joseph Ribkoff jacket

I felt very comfortable ordering from Charlotte at Izzi. I had numerous questions about the jacket I was buying but was assured if I needed I could return for a refund.
It was good to try the outfit on at home and get an honest opinion from family.
The jacket is beautiful and I can't wait to wear it. Parcel was delivered next day.
I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Excellent

Have internet shopped a few times and have had a great experience shopping at Izzi of Baslow. Really enjoy the videos posted online and sorry to hear the shop is closing and a very happy retirement to Izzi and also pleased that the internet shopping is still available😊😊

Disappointing service

I was given a discount code which did not work when I tried to purchase my item. I find your shipping costs very high considering that it takes 4-5 days to arrive and no tracking number is ever given.
Your prices are always much more than other retailers offering the same items and I find this offputting

Thank you for your feedback.

Firstly my apologies. You're absolutely right, we had technical issues with our discount code over a weekend at the end of February.

You may have emailed about it during the weekend, I responded creating the order with the relevant discount applied. Thank you for persevering, it's very frustrating when things like this happen.

With reference to shipping costs and timings, we try to keep everything as competitive as possible and keep order turn around times to a minimum. We use Royal Mail as we feel they are reliable and we always provide a tracking number which we email at the point of despatching your order.

Lastly, our pricing structure is based around suppliers RRP prices, however we do offer a
Price Match service should you find our items elsewhere at a lower price. Please always contact us if this is the case, we are very happy to help. All our information regarding the Price Match is available on our website.

I'm sorry you felt disappointed Jenni. We really value our customers and definitely don't want anyone to feel this way.

Returns correspondence

Izzi of Baslow have now replied (I think I may have been rather hasty due to a previous bad experience I had from a different supplier), they have received my return and i have received a refund, thank you Izzi of Baslow.

Very disappointed, I have emailed twice asking for their returns procedure and address but I haven't had a reply!

To clarify we did respond to your email, I wonder if the correspondence was delivered to your junk file? Or maybe we were less prompt than you expected. Which ever is the case, I'm sorry you were so disappointed.
