Ordered a sample
Ordered a sample, which arrived the next day. Having worked out that I need 8m2, it's not cheap but looks realistic enough. I used a teabag stain on the sample I received and it looks much more realistic

It came much later and scratched...
First panel we order came much later than 40 days and was scratched. Secind came in 45 days unscratched but not 90° angles... it was cut wrongly... The owners of the business have zero customer care standarsd and all they do is to give excuses....

Hello, when I look at your order history, there are 2 orders with a 2-month period between 17 March and 29 May, you were not satisfied with your order on 17 March and your money was refunded to you. If you were not satisfied with your first order, why did you place your 2nd order if we are not doing our job well. It is written everywhere that the delivery time of the large marbles you buy is 4 weeks. We refund the money of any customer who is not satisfied with us. You did not even communicate in the mail records that you had a problem, these are very sad. If there is any problem, you can contact via e-mail.

Looked fine but material didn’t seem safe
Got a sample. It was polystyrene which is highly inflammable so not sure about using it on the walls safely. Looked ok though

It was a painless and quick process from ordering to putting up the fake wall. It looks super and very happy with the results. The shade was a little darker than the picture so this is worth noting.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered 10 panels and only 1 panel arrived and the panel that arrived looks absolutely nothing like the pictures shown online with the quality being shockingly bad considering the price!

Ordered 6 samples (2 separate orders)
Ordered 6 samples (2 separate orders). Samples were delivered super quick both times, even though I chose the free delivery option. You definitely need samples as the colours are slightly different to what you see on your screen. It would be helpful if the name of sample was written on the back as we spent a while working out which was which. They feel sturdy and look and feel like brick/stone and we will be making an order very soon.

Panels are very realistic
Panels are very realistic, especially when staggered, I had a problem with one panel that Izodekor very quickly resolved. This is the second room I’ve used the panels on one feature wall (both rooms with a different brick style) and it’s a great look plus added insulation.
