They stole my money
The support told me on the chat: "thank you for your money bye" and then they deleted my account and blocked my IP address.
I had more than 2000 USD on my card.
Every time I send a new message with a new Telegram account or email, they block me.
They are scammers, stay away from them you will regret.

First, we want to clearly state: we do not engage in blocking users without reason, deleting accounts arbitrarily, or restricting access to funds. Claims about support responding with “thank you for your money bye” are inconsistent with our communication standards and are being investigated internally.
Regarding your allegation of a $2000 balance — all customer funds are tracked and handled transparently. If there is a legitimate issue with access or withdrawal, it can always be resolved through proper verification and support channels. Blocking typically only occurs in cases involving repeated violations of terms, fraud prevention measures, or abusive/spam behavior (including creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions).
We are also aware that similar accusations have been posted under different names — including Niko and Nicolas G. — and we have strong reason to believe they originate from the same individual, which raises serious concerns about the credibility of these claims.
If you believe there has been a misunderstanding, we encourage you to contact us through official support with verifiable account details so the case can be reviewed properly. Public accusations without evidence do not help resolve the situation.
We remain committed to transparency, fairness, and user protection.

Really great service, have been using my card for the past month, no issues at all. Easy to top up, added to my Apple wallet and reasonable commission rates. They are scammers
They are scammers
They take a massive commission on deposit,
Their exchange rate is very bad
On top of tgat many platforms dont accept them
I deposited 1,600 usdt, then all of a sudden more than 600 usd disappeared, for more than 2 weeks I was telling them about this and they denied the problem,
They dont show statement on the site
After 2 weeks they sent me 4 payments that confirming I am right and they are wrong buy they dont still dont accept to return the money back to my ballance.
Do not fall for their lies
They are not even bad service provider they are the worst.

They only let you make payment when you have credit
Only, in their case they are claiming to make payment for me even when I didn't have credit ( not true at all)
I have not made any payment to Google ( I have records and unlike them Google has very accurate and proper system to Google since last September , now they are claiming that I have done 600 usd to Google (and they understood days kater) which is not possible let at all.
They have disconnected me from support portal and they were not answering g me till I contacted from a new account and caught them so they couldn't not answer me any more.
So you decide and judge who is telling the truth.
