The company sold a basket that does not fit on this bike. It forgot to send parts that belong on the bike and it took 3 weeks extra to send them to us afterwards. there was a delay in delivery and the delivery company was not reachable and did not contact us so it took 2 weeks after the promised delivery date before we received the bike. The company promised the childrens' seat and the basket would be attached on the bike upon delivery and this was not the case. The bike was completely wrapped up and folded into a flat package.
allthough personell is very friendly; we are not satisfied.

It took a few days longer to get the bike than the ad promised. The bike is great! But getting it delivered was a serious pain. The company that delivered the bike was extremely inflexible in the drop-off. They only deliver in the mornings on weekdays and it was really hard to find a way to make that work (because of work and the kids school times). It would be great if they also had a time frame in the afternoon or deliver on Saturdays.
Bike delivered on time, box slightly damaged but no damage to bike!
The delivery of the bike was very fast and the bike was securely packaged.
