I ordered my rings a month ago, still haven't gotten them. I'm also unable to track my package at all. Last time I bought from this shop I had no issues. This is just a bit disappointing this time around since I like the brand

I made my order on September 8, 2023. It is now October 1st, 2023. I have not received my order yet. I am not happy. What is taking so long?

Goods are still not shipped and have been ordered since 14/8/2023.

A dropshipping scam company.

I was sceptical about buying online but my goods came quickly and were good quality and solid stainless Steel. I have posted on TikTok and instagram as i was very happy with the items I purchased. I love goth jewellery and these items I bought were awesome. I posted a couple of videos on TikTok @sharonhoskins35 and instagram @shoski45

Never received my order . Customer service is nonexistent . Don’t waste your money . Not worth it . I want the $37 I spent on shipping back . Wish I woulda saw the reviews before I did anything . Would put zero stars if this review let me .

The products that were delivered look and feel high quality. The website was easy too shop and order from. I don’t think there’s any suggestions that I could make for improving the experience since the only real thing I disliked about it was the time it took too be delivered but then again I’m also just an impatient person so that might just be my personal thought. Thinking about it logically a week is a reasonable wait time for the items too be delivered from the location the product was shipped from. Other than that it was an enjoyable experience really love the items I ordered and how they both look and feel.

Great product well crafted will be showing the jewelry to many people hope to sell some in the future
