Great customer service and excellent products
Everything went fine. The only thing that wasn't, was the tracking. I checked the tracking of my order, using the links, and was told that my order had been delivered 2 hours earlier, which it hadn't. I contacted Ivyline to ask about it and they responded really quickly and were very helpful. It turned out to be a mistake in the tracking and my order arrived layer that day. I love the plant pot covers, they're perfect.

Amazing customer service
The parcel arrived quickly but was smashed, I immediately emailed the customer service, who came back within 30minute. I sent photos and pot was replaced immediately.
All in all, it was sorted and new pot with me within the week. Amazing service

The item I received was the wrong size…
The item I received was the wrong size that was ordered and was also damaged. Cannot fault the company who gave me a full refund. Customer experience was excellent.

Good customer service
4 out of 8 plant pots/vases arrived completely broken. Customer service was super helpful and sent out replacements quickly. One of the replacements had a small crack in it, but it was workable. Think they need to increase their packaging for fragile items! Unfortunately the Kew Gardens mister I received also broke within a couple of days when I was unscrewing to refill it which is not great given the price point, but the products are beautiful and I suppose these things happen...

The item I ordered was incorrect -sent it back - for the same incorrect item to come again.
One man I spoke to was so rude. No compensation given. No quick delivery given - late communications. Would not shop here again.

Excellent customer service
My plant pot arrived broken so I immediately called customer services. Very quick response from a very understanding and thoughtful assistant. She said no need to return the broken pot and assured me another would be sent straight away. Hassle free service.
