I ordered a pair of "sketchers" shoes not only did they take 3mths to arrive they are not "sketchers" they are fake. Trying to get a refund and return is impossible as they only accept returns if the item is damaged. I would definitely stay away from this company. They are money grabbing fakers. I am disgusted with the whole situation.

I ordered the Skechers walking shoes. They arrived after about 16 weeks (much later than I needed them) and are not Skechers. I've asked for refund and they said they can't as the product is not faulty, even though I keep telling them they've sent me something other than Skechers so are at fault and are falsely advertising. Trying to pursue credit card chargeback, but cannot find the transaction and they are not giving me the info' I've requested in order to track it down.

After numerous email asking for a refund they are saying:- We are so sorry that the product does not suit you.

According to the guidelines of the company, we would like to inform you that, unfortunately, it is not possible to reimburse a functional product delivered without problems. A refund can only be issued if the item is damaged.

The product doesn't suit me because they are 4 sizes to small ! Not Skechers and not fit for purpose!!

My arrived this morning in a bag no box. Ordered in March. Absolutely uncomfortable cheap load of crap I wouldn't pay a fiver for them. Not fit for purpose. Do not buy from these con artists

Would love to be able to say I had received my shoes ordered 2nd May 2020 but of course I can’t!!! I will be reporting both Ivyleo and Pulpystore to my bank and hope they can stop the company scamming people.

I ordered a pair of sketchers trainers back in March. When they had not arrived by July after many times trying to contact them I approached the bank and raised a dispute against them. I had a refund made a couple of weeks ago.
And what do you know last week they arrived on opening they were no sketchers at all and the smell was so bad you could not wear them.

Usual story. Waited nearly 5 months for my Skechers to arrive and when they did they weren’t Skechers but cheap plastic copies without even The Skechers logo on them. What a crock.

I ordered in May still no sign of my order I am so mad.
I have told them I will report them they don't seem to care so now I am going to look in to the repot as this is so bad

Awful service. Goods finally arrived after about 4 months wait. (before covid)
Absolutely terrible shoes . Awful quality not as described and not wearable as the design was inferior . Too low in the back to stay on .
They won't last 2 minutes even if I did wear them , which I won't as they look AWFUL.
Communication dreadful . Automated responses. Finally got an answer when I said I would report to trading standards but refused to give refund as the product wasn't damaged.
Absolute day light robbery and should be prosecuted.
Can't explain how mad this company has made me . Worst ever purchase I have made in my life.
If I could give a minus review I would .

Ordered 4pairs of sketchers back in early may costing me £118 still haven’t seen them ,, Every time i send Email to them ,
The reply I get is rest assured they’re in transit ,,,, bloody hell they’ve been in transit since june ,, they could of gone round the world 6 times for all i know 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered my sketcher shoes back in early May & still not received them. I have emailed them numerous times but when they do eventually reply they just say it's in transit & if I could be patient a little longer. I think 3 months is more than patient!! The last time I tried to track the order it said they had been signed & delivered in Yeovil DO whatever that is. I emailed again saying my postcode & didnt have a clue where they have been sent to & they just replied saying there in transit again so I dont think I am going to ever get them. I am disgusted that they are still being allowed to advertise. There must be someone that can stop them from keep scamming people. DON'T TRUST IVYLEO!!!!

I ordered mine in March, kept emailing them, they did reply, tracking was saying same place all time,I knew there was going be some delay because of the pandemic situation, I thought I had been scammed, until today I got my shoes, they fit perfect and are so comfy, so don’t give up hopefully you will all receive your items,

So I am not the only one that has been c9n by this c9mpany I am fuming about I want my money funded back but keep saying in transit

Ordered shoes in May but have not arrived. I get email responses saying they’re in transit. Payment taken by Pulpystore whoever they are. They appear to be scammers. Don’t buy from them.
Still nothing at 31st August but continue to receive responses to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Do not touch this company, they do not respond to emails, I waited from mid april until mid july for my order and now i want to return the item as it is poor quality and not Sketchers as advertised they are not responding at all to my request to return the item for a refund.

Please don’t bother ordering from this company! Ordered trainers 16th May. Needless to say I’m still waiting after several emails saying they have been sent. Customer service contradict themselves in every reply. Please don’t order. If I could have put a zero star review I would have.

I ordered a pair of Skechers 05/05/20 from what appeared to be a UK company. They have just arrived from China and are very clearly not Skechers. They are a cheap, plastic soled imitation and I am not hopeful they’ll be comfortable to wear. Avoid this website, which can no longer be accessed it seems. Complete scam!!

I ordered Skechers shoes on 4th May 2020. Tracking number doesn't work. I have sent 4 emails each of which has a polite reply and a promise that my order is "being processed"! It looks as though I am joining a long queue of dissatisfied who have ordered with out checking the reviews. Reading them now suggests that I am unlikely to receive a refund if I asked for one. So I'll just sit tight, keep emailing, wait to see what [if anything] arrives, write off £29.95 and go to the Sketcher shop and pay full price. My advice to others STEER CLEAR OF IVYLEO AND PULPY or whatever else they are calling themselves these days.

Ordered some trainers in March and still no trainers have arrived. I have emailed on numerous times. They said their was a delay with the corona virus. I asked for a refund . I got a email to say they were in transit and the post office was waiting for the item. I’m disappointed and disgusted with this company. Should be made to stop trading. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE
