Unresolved withdrawal / account dispute – no response from sportsbook or regulators
I am posting this review to document an unresolved dispute with Ivy Bet.
I have an outstanding issue involving my account and/or funds that has been escalated multiple times directly to the sportsbook through formal written complaints and demand letters. Despite these efforts, I have received no substantive response.
I have also contacted the relevant gaming regulators and oversight bodies referenced by the operator. To date, I have not received any acknowledgment or resolution from either the sportsbook or the regulators.
At this point, my concern is not only the unresolved issue itself, but the complete lack of communication and transparency. I have retained documentation of all correspondence, timelines, and escalation attempts.
I am posting this publicly to:
create a record of the dispute,
warn other players to exercise caution,
and encourage Ivy Bet to finally engage and resolve this matter.
I am still open to resolving this professionally and without further escalation, but continued silence leaves me no alternative but to pursue additional consumer protection, regulatory, and legal avenues.
