We bought from Ivory Homes two years ago. We have owned homes in three states and multiple homes in Utah. We are entirely happy with Ivory Homes and this contrasts with very bad experiences with other Utah builders.
The quality of home is great. Repairs were made as per the warranty. We knew what we were paying for and got everything we expected.

NEVER BUY AN IVORY HOME EVER!

Absolute tyranny! They implement HOA's in their communities that are not part of the community, obviously for money grabbing purposes ONLY, and allowing an authoritarian oligarchy to tell you what you can and can't do with your personal private property! Violation of the founding principles of this country!

THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR COMMUNITY MEMBERS! They don't provide contact information or anything, they don't take notes, come up with a plan to make things better or anything like that ... you are just supposed to blindly obey!

People that are not part of the community tell community homeowners what plants they can and can't have in their own yard?

If you don't bring your garbage back within a day they IMPOSE FINES (for any reason they can actually, this is one minor example)

But with any infraction there's the threat that they have the potential to put liens against the home?

These people are corrupt extortionists ... AVOID at all costs!!! NO corrupted paperwork allows any person to violate another EVER!

P.S. They're weak! You stand up for your freedom and your liberty, as you have every right to do, they go crying to their also corrupted lawyers. And we the people are supposed to blindly comply with everything they say and do.

They are traitors, violating constitutional law, founding principles and even Gods law.

NEVER BUY AN IVORY HOME, EVER!

My suggestion is to do your very BEST research on this company before buying or doing business with them. It's a pretty large coop and has a few bad eggs! :)
