IVA PLANTS provide amazing herbal teas and pungent, natural, unadulterated spice leaves that really make a healthy difference to any herbal drink and food item etc. The first time of trying them left me bedazzled and uplifted. The herbs impart a balanced blend and effect ( meaning that only a small portion goes a long way). The teas are satiating, delicious, nourishing and authentic. After tasting their wares, you will see why i am full of praise of AVA PLANTS. They also choose their sources very carefully to ensure that no compromise is made on quality and longevity. Their website and blogs also have numerous topics, articles and videos that will interest any avid health minded aspirant. Don't just take my word, please try their products. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.

I loved the nettle tea that Iva supplied for a Forest Bathing Session, we drank it under the trees, how blissful. I am super impressed with the eco-friendly packaging and the sustainable sources of the teas. Iva has an extensive knowledge of herbs and plants, it was such a pleasure to listen to her.

We’ve recently been drinking four of Iva Plants teas - Chamomile, Nettle, Immune Boost and Bright Splash. Each one has great rich deep flavour and the Chamomile is the best I’ve had anywhere. The Nettle tea surprised me with it’s fabulous taste.
My wife especially liked the Bright Splash tea for its lovely colour and taste.
I didn’t think I’d like the nettle tea but it has a deep almost anise flavour which is really enjoyable.

The packaging is also excellent as it’s mostly paper which can be composted and not thrown in the bin.

It can be a mission to find high quality herbal teas these days but Iva Plants exceeded my expectations. I ordered the sample box as I wanted to try the unique tea blends. 'Vitamin Boost' tea blend is my personal favorite amongst the blends - it smells and tastes like pure joy. Nettle tea is an absolute winner in my view - unexpectedly rich flavor, something slightly citrussy, even fruity about it. Love it! Highly recommend <3

Good quality herbal teas with fantastic smell and lovely taste. The tea is well packed in eco package. Cutomer service was great.

The quality of this tea is outstanding. It really is the best nettle tea I’ve tried, and I highly recommend it. I find most nettle tea to be quite weak, but this one is strong with a great flavour. I’ll definitely be ordering some more and can’t wait to try some of the other teas.

I’ve been something to assist in calming, so I tried the Valerian Root, Lavender and camomile blend. This tea has aided in all that and is delicious to drink and very much highly recommended

Very high quality blend of tea. The elderberries were large and well preserved with great flavour, and the floral notes of the lavender and chamomile complimented the flavour profile. I used it both on its own as a decaffeinated evening tea and also added it to black tea to give a boost of freshness. Excellent and friendly customer service. Quick delivery and very well packaged. 10/10

I hadn’t been sleeping great and I thought I would treat myself to some REAL all natural chamomile tea.

HONESTLY wow. Not only does that tea come in lovely natural packaging, but the quality of the product was the best I ever had. I could genuinely taste the notes of honey and apple in the tea. Was delish! And yup, it really has given me a more natural sleep.

Very nice tea, lovey paper package, fresh smell of herbs. Personally recommend to brew the tea 10min instead of 5-8min.

Nice and calming herbal tea mix chamomile, lavender and valerian root. I like that it is packed in paper bag so it's recyclable.
