Don’t have U.K sizes
Don’t have U.K. sizes. Bought two pairs for my mum for Christmas and they are too small as they are Chinese sizes. Won’t refund me so my mum has no present. Very disappointed!

I bought a pair in Debenhams and discovered this brand. I absolutely love the shoes! And they arrived really fast as well. It arrived in 2 days. I was quite impressed.

Unprompted review
Had issues, but they dealt with it swiftly.
Ordered from official site 1) they sent a 5.5 instead of 6, 2) there were marks on one of the sandals 3)there was a big crease in the leather where it looks like someone had pushed it in the box with no thought causing it to bend out if shape.
I should have kept amazon one which was correct but it was cheaper on their official site. The sandals were of great quality, well made.
Update: communication and response
time was good and they responded within the day. They are retifying the issue, which I'm grateful for. Thank you.
