They give a tracking number but you’ll wait forever.

Same as everyone here and now seen they’re still advertising on TikTok under a different name, also I can’t find the transaction on my bank account the only one that looks like it might be it is under the name SMALLTORE*CIHBBE could anyone confirm this is the transaction the name is under so I can dispute the transaction with my bank as I think is the only way I will have my money back

Order didn't arrive, responded to emails at first to make it seem legit then no response and no Item l, opened case with bank.

Absolute scam ordered 2 products from them 2 weeks and still nothing i contacted the help itutry email address they replied telling me my order was on its was and gave me a tracking number that's all in chinese and now the site has disappeared

Well I ordered a coffee machine from this company all paid for and never been delivered,and I can't even contact them now as the website can not be reached just disappointed and disgusted that they can get away with this ,just stay well away they are a scam

I asked for a refund, got an email back with a tracking number that doesn't exist. Today the page has gone. Went on tiktok and same add link to page but under different name now of the website

Complete scam ordered toy organiser £53 nearly 3 weeks ago nothing came yet emailed them no reply and now website is down don't buy from them

Pretty much the same as all the others here. Track718 for tracking package ... they are not the delivery company even though they said its delivered. Wished I came on here first. I've learnt the hard way...complete scammers avoid them

Scam scam scam! My items has not been shipped but they given me fake tracking which shows delivered whilst I have clearly not received. I have contacted them they response with 30% refund and other stupid nonsense response.
The review in their product is not genuine. They have made it off just to scam

Bad had two orders not come, said was delivered but hasn’t looks like a scam so don’t expect anything

Same as everyone else here. Was sent tracking number only after requesing one. Said item delivered but never came. Had a few email's from them acting all helpful and apologies. So thinking they were OK believing them gave them 3 working days to get back to me as they suggested. Now they are ignoring my email. I put a complaint in via my Revolut so hopefully I may get the money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I thought it was too good to be true, turned out to be right. So disappointed as was really looking forward to a new chair in my bedroom. I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night. Ripping off hard working honest people.

I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I bought from this company. Exact same issues as everyone else has experienced. Fake tracking number, when it came up saying it had been delivered I contacted the company and they said they would be investigating but when I asked for an update 4 days later it was very clear in their reply that they hadn’t investigated and offered a 30% refund. I have not accepted this and will be contacting my bank

The worst experience, item not received. They wanted to give a partial refund of an item £44.53. Feels like a scam. Do not buy from these humans. Getting my money back hopefully through monzo.

So it says delivered but I received nothing .... No come back also ... Avoid this like the plague

I thought this wouldn’t be a scam but I guess it turns out to be tik tok led me to this people the reviews where really good that’s why I bought it when I checked on ups and dhl the order number couldn’t be identified I checked today some how the tracking number changed and they also this other fake website I will never be go back to all this website I will stick to the one everyone knows guys please be careful any websites you see on tik tok don’t trust it I had to contact my bank the had to block my card very heart broken I saved up all my money .

Ordered 2 cabinets a month ago just for them to say its been delivered but they haven't...go nowhere near them they are scammers

Have been scammed of my hard earned money they provided a fake tracking number i keep tracking almost a month and later shows delivered and nothing was delivered please run from this app am so mad at myself right I saw them on TikTok they need to be exposed

I ordered a product from itutry.com and received a tracking number (DDGYL02006038YQ) via TRACK718. The tracking claimed the package was delivered on October 6th at 14:50, but nothing was delivered to my address.

I checked the tracking number with DHL and UPS, and it does not exist in their systems. The website offers unrealistic discounts and has no reliable contact information. I attempted to reach out to the seller but received no reply.

This experience strongly suggests that itutry.com is a fraudulent site. I’ve reported the transaction to my payment provider and relevant consumer protection authorities.

Avoid this site. Do not trust the fake tracking or promises of delivery.
