Very Impressed
I’m not a serial reviewer but this was worthy so here goes.
After getting a price for a Libbi battery installation from a local approved electrician, I had resigned myself to it being out of reach financially. I stumbled across ITS and found that the hardware prices were significantly less so tried steering my potential installer that way.
No response. But then I noticed the online form for installations. Filled in the form, sent some pictures and details and got a very attractive priced quote through on a Sunday evening from Jonathon.
There were no hurdles, emails were replied to promptly and an order was placed. Delivery date was booked, and installation within a couple of weeks.
Installers were spot on, had never set eyes on the property but got stuck in straight away. No unforeseen problems or other issues. Nothing seemed a problem and they were friendly and informative. Job was finished in good time, a nice neat unobtrusive external installation and a very clean job site when they’d left.
Yes it was a fairly uncomplicated job, but it went clockwork smooth and looks and functions great.

Solar panel & battery purchase
Jonathon at ITS was very responsive to my queries and put together a very competitive quote. My associated queries were answered quickly and the quote altered to suit my requirements.
Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the mounting rails that were delivered were incorrect, but once I had notified ITS the correct ones were sent and the wrong ones collected.

Order for 3 x US3000C Batteries
First time ordering from ITS, so a little wary as its not a small order money wise! Ordering was painless, good comms from company about what was expected - I spoke to them on phone a couple of times.
Relieved that order arrived on time, stacked nicely and secured well on pallet. No external damage on any of the boxes and the batteries were fitted without any issues and are working fine.
Will absolutley look at ITS first for any further needs I may have.
