I loooove the pink top, but
I loooove the pink top! It was the perfect birthday outfit in my dreams, but even though I ordered it ahead of time ( 4 weeks before), it arrived the day after my birthday, so I couldn't wear it as planned. I still love the top, but the main purpose for buying it is gone.

The return experience was fine until I…
The return experience was fine until I realized I needed to manually create my own shipping label. I would recommend that the shipping label is created by Milla and is something we can print from the website. I would be a lot happier paying $20 for shipping if I didn’t have to go through that process myself.

I was looking for my second wedding dress (my reception/party look) and after spending so much time searching online, I couldn’t find anything in the U.S. that I truly loved and that also fit my budget. Then I came across Milla on Instagram, and immediately fell in love with one of their dresses. What gave me confidence was seeing real videos of the actual product, not just edited photos.
Since my wedding date was approaching quickly, I contacted them through WhatsApp, and their team was incredibly helpful. They made sure my order arrived on time, which took a huge weight off my shoulders during an already stressful time.
When the dress arrived, I was beyond impressed. The packaging was beautiful, the quality was exceptional, and the dress looked exactly as expected. Most importantly, it fit perfectly. I have a larger bust, and I was worried about support and fit, but the measurements were spot on. The dress felt like it had been custom-made for me.
I truly couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Milla made what had become a stressful search feel effortless, and I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for a beautiful, high-quality dress. I only wish more brides knew about them because they made this part of my wedding journey absolutely wonderful.

Amazing customer service and beautiful luxurious dress
The dress was absolutely beautiful but it was very tight. They were sold out completely so I took a chance asking if I could get extra fabric or a longer ribbon to tie the corset, and customer service was SO HELPFUL. They’re sending me fabric so I can have the dress altered to fit because I love it so much. Really amazing experience. I’m shocked. Will definitely buy more dresses from here again.

I’m genuinely obsessed with this dress
I’m genuinely obsessed with this dress. The whole unboxing felt so luxe — the packaging was adorable, and I loved the bag it came in (I’m absolutely keeping it). The dress is even prettier in person and made me so excited for my bachelorette.
When I first unboxed it, a few strands of beading had actually fallen off. It looked like one row came undone, so the beads from that strand had come off completely. I just snipped the extra string and the dress still looks amazing — you can’t really tell at all once it’s on.
The only other little issue was the orange ribbon attached for packaging/unboxing got twisted up in the beading when I opened it, so I had to carefully unwind that. Once I got it separated, everything was totally fine and nothing kept tangling after that.
Fit-wise, it’s perfect. The size chart online was super accurate and the size 6 fit me like a glove. I’m a little curvier on the bottom than the top, so I was nervous ordering online, but it hugged everything exactly right.
Shipping was the only part that made me a little anxious. The site made it sound like about a week for production and another week for shipping, but mine took about a month total. It still arrived in time, thankfully, but since it was for my bachelorette I did end up reaching out to customer service.
And honestly, your customer service was amazing. They replied so quickly, were so kind, and made me feel way better immediately. That kind of service goes a long way.
Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase. Thank you to everyone involved in creating this dress — it’s such a special piece and I cannot wait to wear it and post photos in it everywhere.

I was extremely disappointed when I received my dress and discovered that the inside lining was covered in makeup stains. For a brand with Milla’s reputation, I was honestly shocked by the lack of quality control and attention to detail before shipping an item to a customer. This was my first purchase with Milla, and unfortunately it left a very poor impression. I expected a brand-new, clean dress, not one that appeared worn or mishandled prior to delivery.

If i could give a zero I would! I’m never buying from this website again! Their photos are not accurate and then they try to tell you that it’s just the lighting of the photos that make it look different when it’s not it’s completely different items. Their quality is so bad their zippers barely zip. And their customer service is pretty bad. I returned something and said my return would be $800 then suddenly my return was $100 less than that when it was processed. Don’t bother emailing them either. They’re just gonna give you excuses and not take any accountability for anything and not offer any solutions either. Needless to say I’m staying far away from this website and it was my mistake to buy anything from them in the first place.
