terrible experience

terrible experience. I purchased a case from LAUT and found when I opened the box, the case DID NOT match what was on the box that I paid for. It was a low quality rubbery case, and it WASN'T EVEN THE RIGHT SIZE. DO NOT BUY FROM LAUT.

Do not buy any cases from Laut

I purchased a Itslaut iPhone case from Verizon. That was a huge mistake. My phone fell out of my hand, and it was less than 2 feet to the ground, and it appears that a small rock hit the phone screen in between the case and my screen protector, therefore cracking my iPhone screen at an angle across the whole screen. This case did not protect my phone as the warranty said it would protect your phone. Itslaut does not back their products and takes their customers money. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM Itslaut.

Disgraceful cusotomer service

Disgraceful cusotomer service - like a sick joke . Bought a plastic laptop cover which wont stay clipped on and have been asked to send photo and videos , every time I send what they ask , they say they can't see what they need for effectively " come to a resolution" and keep asking for more photos. Come on , this is not high technology , it is a piece of plastic that is defective , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY , they do not stand by their warranty even if you bought it recently and have the receipt.

dont buy their cases they are not working

I bought this case and it says and promises a lot. Can handle a fall and blah blah blah. I dropped it once. It fell on the back. And because of the casing is higher around the camera it broke my back glass for my iphone pro 14. Its the first time since i use iphones (around 13 years) that it broke straight away and its the casing that done it. So stupid I should have stucked to otterbox they never failed me! And ofcourse the small letters: The warranty does not cover damage to your devices as a result of the use of any LAUT product. as if they know their stuff is not working

iPhone 12 Case is an absolute fail.

I ordered the Pearl iPhone 12 case which is currently sold out (RIP to everyone who bought it, they're probably suffering from the safe issues).

The 1-Star on Trustpilot is just for the Design on the back of the case. Great Pearl Design, love it... however let's talk about the case itself.

iPhone 12 won't fit, well they do but its extremely difficult to get it on and you feel like you'll break your phone. That's how much force is needed to get the case on, you'll no matter what trigger the mute switch when trying to get the case on and it's such a hard and tight fit that i literally got scared that i broge the mute switch. Once the iPhone 12 was in after that hassle, you won't be able to use the side buttons due to the material being so stiff and the case itself being such a tight fit. Well, a case where i can't use any buttons is a faulty product so i tried getting it off my Phone as fast as possible again... Well, remember the hassle getting it on? Double that and thats how difficult it is to take the case off again.

Luckily the case didn't broke anything which is a wonder in my opinion given how tight of a fit it was.

They probably had a wrong dummy which they've based their cases dimensions on, that sucks. But also, how can you gamble and let your customers still pay for a case where you don't know the exact dimensions yet before release of the Phone...

The Spigen case i've ordered (Slim Fit) fits perfectly, easy to slip on and off, no jiggle and you definitely don't damage anything while getting it on - for €10. And i've gotten the Spigen Case two days before the iPhone 12 got released... So there were perfect dummys out there at the time.

Kind of sad, €30 for a case that might break your phone instead of keeping it actually safe...
