Amazing service
I ordered one of the lyric key rings last night, and to my surprise it had come by noon the next day!
Great engraving, very cute complimentary box, and they send a hand signed letter with it. Very cute and friendly company.
Extremely quick service and lovely product, would definitely use again.

I recently bought the pebble rainbow multi stripe bunny rattle from Its handmade and can definitely recommend them to others. The order process was hassle free and delivery was very prompt. Absolutely love everything I have ordered from 'Its Handmade'. The quality is excellent, and the personal service from a family business is second to none. The personalised notes inside the packaging is so rare nowadays but it gives it a lovely personal touch. The delivery is so speedy, literally the following day following an order! I never look anywhere else now for personalised gifts.

I ordered a lovely personalised key ring for my daughter as a gift from her baby boy. I was delighted with the key ring but it came with an added, and very unexpected, personalised box. This made the gift seem all the more special.
