Rotating Pre/Pro/Post biotics

Definitely love the rotating aspect of this. I have tried Bioma and Seed and loved them at first but felt like they stopped working after a few months. This system rotates the pro/pre biotics so your body doesn’t just settle with the same stuff each day. I have noticed a big difference since switching. It does cause your GI tract to have a gurgling feeling in the beginning (like starting most probiotics) but gets better after using the product (again like most probiotics) and it’s also mild, nothing crazy. So far I am loving this brand.
