Waste of time and money. Avoid like the plague.
The company decides which order to fulfill and which not.
I ordered a product that according to the website was available in several pieces.
After 3 days (the second business day from the order) I received a notification that the company needs a few more days to import the product from the distributor.
The automated chat is unable to provide anything more than a link received immediately after the order, i.e. the status of waiting for fulfillment.
Sometimes the automated responds, other times as if a human after some time, next time there is no response.
It is not certain whether any contact will be made.
3 days after the information about the delay I asked on the chat when I can expect the delivery of the order.
I also wrote an e-mail because the chat did not respond.
After some time, the chat replied that he had to check with the distributor.
2 hours later without any information on the chat, I received an e-mail about a refund.
No further response to the chat or e-mail.
My order was canceled without my decision or any explanation.
The funds were quickly returned, but I lost money in bank fees. This is some kind of unreliable company that doesn't have the goods it sells.

I was first sceptique if it was a trustworthy company, but the reviews here encouraged me to order a notebook 2 weeks bevor Christmas. The communication was great and I received and answer within a couple of hours. The shipping was fast and I received the notebook 9 days after ordering.

Only slight negative was the shipping. DHL tracking was problematic and delivery a bit slow, but that’s DHL’s fault, not the store’s.
Overall very much recommended, I’ll definitely keep this store in mind for future purchases.

The return policy has changed in the meantime on the store's website, of course for the benefit of the seller, because I have already requested a refund several times, which is taking too long, and the deadline for receiving the refund has expired, of course the rules are changed while I am waiting for the refund.
I decided to cancel my order before recieved and return the goods to the seller warehouse, product never was opened or used because i refuse delivery when courier arrived with, they received the package on 02-12-2024 to warehouse.
I was charged for both shipping costs, I would agree with this if I received a refund on time, but unfortunately, I have not received a refund yet, I wrote to them for a full refund along with the cost of shipping for my lost time as compensation.
In the meantime, as the dispute with them is ongoing, they updated the returns policy on the store's website to their advantage, the most dishonest behavior falling under fraud.
This was added during my dispute :
Delivery - Client refusal
if the product was not collected by the customer, or there was a refusal to collect it.
The client will be charged for all the associated costs: Shipment + return shipment
Product quality check by the distributor warehouse staff (so called handling fee) Refunds will be initiated when the product is cheeked and is back on shelves (it can take from 5 to 25 working days from goods return)
Bad support, they have no respect for the customer and their time, waiting for a refund and everything else takes a very long time, poor communication from the beginning of the order, plus the waiting time for the goods was also extended.
They are looking for every excuse not to refund my money on time, unfortunately I will have to report this matter to ECC-Net
The law in the European Union clearly states:
This must be provided within 14 days by law. If the seller fails to provide a refund and you have paid for the goods by debit or credit card, you may be able to initiate a chargeback claim. When you buy from a seller within the EU, the purchase is covered by the Consumer Rights Directive (2014).

I bought a projector from them. Delivery went fine. However, when I contacted them to return it as per their policy within 14 days they never replied. I tried to contact them through all e-mail addresses they provide on the web but nobody replied, also phoned them a few times but nobody answered, left the message and... no contact back. So why they don't say it clearly 'No Return" on their web when they offer a product for sale? Not fair gentlemen.

I ordered a kitchen fan in 2024-11-05 and it was delivered in 2024-11-15. Unfortunately it was very badly damaged and I sent several pictures along with my complaint. They answered: ”Case registered”. Now over a month has passed and nothing happens. I am very dissapointed!

I submitted a return request by email last week and when I didn’t receive any response I tried sending emails but still I have received any response from this company. Today I tried to call them several times but they didn’t answer my phone. It’s horrible and it’s completely annoying to me. It’s not true and I can’t recommend it.
