Lovely, friendly staff who are keen to support you. I suspect they are somewhat overloaded as it took over 3 months to conclude my annual tax return.
I have major concerns about their document system for signing though. There is so much redacted that it is almost impossible to validate the information. I had to work out the accuracy based on my own records - may as well do my own return if I have to put that much effort in.
Very uncomfortable signing something that you can't actually read the details on.

I pre-filled all of my tax return on paper bar the ATO pre-fill data. Ticked NO EXTRA inclusions online. Extremely basic tax return for an individual. Website has a $119 advertised price then a $145 price one of which was to do with new customers which I was. Charged $199!!! About 20 minutes work.

Piss poor outcomes, nobody bothered to turn up for the first appointment, second appointment was cut short due to over booking other clients within the timeslot that I required. Gave all relevant information prior to appointment and still couldn't complete what I needed. I will never use this pathetic company ever again.

Extremely Disappointed with ITP Brisbane City.
I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with ITP Brisbane City. After my consultation, I was assured that my tax return would be submitted promptly. A full month later, I discovered it hadn’t been submitted at all. When I called to follow up, I was lied to over the phone—they claimed it had already been sent. Only after pressing the issue did the truth come out. To make matters worse, when I escalated the situation and spoke with the area manager, I was met with passive-aggressive and dismissive behavior. Although he admitted the service was “horrible,” he showed zero accountability or care in addressing the consequences of their mistake.
This level of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as tax matters. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a tax agent who values their clients and takes their responsibilities seriously.

Absolute worst service. Midland office. The woman i had really had no idea. Did not ask one question that would normally be asked in a normal appointment for tax return. Extremely disappointed and huge waste of money charged for service I had asked if I had done incorrectly as ended up with money owed and have never owed anything before. They assured me they would sort it and came to the exact same result plus charged me for an entire tax return that i shouldnt have had to have done by them in the first place.
I went with them tas they advertised about how they make sure they help you claim anything that you may be able to claim in your industry and literally nothing was asked about or done. Even the very basics of travel for business where i have records of everything as i am a mobile service. I made them look at it because they never added anything. Did not even open usb records i provided with all details. I was told no you have to keep records of it all to be able to claim, well yes. I have records..on the usb i gave you. obviously. honestly. Could not believe how bad it was.
Do not recommend at all stay clear they are rip off agents.
