The plugin did not work for me.. i reached out and asked for a refund. No reply and no communication. Avoid!

Bought the plug-in and it crashed my site. I asked for a refund as their website says you get 30 days. The support told me at first they wouldn't provide a refund and said I must allow them to do testing on my server. I told them you have a 30-day money back guarantee I want my refund. After arguing back and forth they finally agreed to give it back to me in a week. I again continue to persist and then they started to hurl insults at me. After I threatened to do a dispute on my credit card they finally agreed to give me my refund. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism I was shown by their support. I cannot suggest anybody try their plugins besides the fact that they don't work, their support sounds like they're 13 year old or like they're trained by Donald Trump to hurl insults at you in order to get you to capitulate to them wanting to run experiments on your server and not give you your refund as they promise on their website.

I am not sure what to say cause the plugin is amazing, the support team quick and effective, budget-wise also perfect.
Plus the plugin's fields and the report's filtration are amazing.
