The food is authentic
The food is authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every dish feels like it’s made with love and care.
The kebabs are tender and juicy, the saffron rice is aromatic and fluffy, and the stews are rich with deep, comforting flavors. Their use of fresh herbs and traditional spices really brings out the essence of Persian cuisine.

Peaceful Escape - Facilities need improvement
The location is fantastic—surrounded by lush greenery, it truly feels like a peaceful escape from the city. The spa staff were polite and welcoming. However, the overall experience left room for improvement. The massage was just average, and some of the facilities felt outdated. Unfortunately, the steam room and hot stone seats were not operational during my visit. The highlight was the beautiful outdoor pool.

Most relaxing massage with spa
I had a full day spa with massage experience and it was a bliss. Couldn't recommend enough. 5* experience in an amazing spa, really professional lady made me forget all the stress and I could fully decompress (and even had a nap or two :) )

Easy gift giving with physical card :)
Ithara has great experience options that are lovely for a gift. So I wanted to buy a physical gift card rather than send by email. The customer service on WhatsApp was excellent. They helped me purchase the cards, the packaging and wrote a gift message for me. The final gift voucher in its envelope and bag is presented well. The delivery was super quick also. I would purchase this again for gifts :) thank you Ithara!

Nice website and idea but gift voucher delivery not great
I liked the website..was very clear and easy to use. I had never used ithara before but chose them as they seemed trustworthy. I wanted to gift a voucher for my friend as a wedding present so purchased one to be sent on a certain date (wedding day). Next day I checked with my friend if she received it, but she hadn't unfortunately...we checked her email together but there was nothing. I then tried to open the voucher from my email hoping I could forward it to her but it didn't open. Then 5 days later I contacted ithara to check what happened and this is when my friend finally received it. It's a shame as it was a wedding present and I really wish my friend would have received it on the day....not 5 days later after my enquiry. She hasn't used it yet so I have no info about actually using the voucher, but this is my experience about buying the gift voucher.

Great experience and value for money
