SCAM!!!They signed me up without my permission using my banking details from another site and stole it!! They say there will be no refund and that I signed up for the account.

I had a very good experience, highly recommended 👌

Scammers in all ways. They sign you up to a subscription without your permission. When you ask them to cancel they say that they will only do so once you write a positive review about them and send them a copy. Manipulative in all ways!!

I’ve never knew the existence of itemventure but suddenly I’ve been charged for registration and auto top up without my acknowledgment, which is very disappointing. Despite all that, Daisy reached out to me assisting with my refund and I’m thankful for her assistance

Jenny was helpful and made my experience smooth and easy.

At first I was pissed off because of the no refundable thing and how the call center just stopped at that blank that my money was turned into credit but I am glad Kai from escalation team hit me up and made an exemption before I tarnished the good name of the company. So it was good.

My request was handled efficiently and timeously by Kevin whose customer support was great.

They were quick to respond to my cancellation and refund queries, however nothing about the order, which has left me a bit confused. In order for the refund to be processed, one needs to send a review first…a bit odd. Hopefully Daisy, the support agent, will be able to process everything.

I never agreed to this membership yet I was tricked thinking i was applying for a mobile promo but instead after the page loaded I got charged with a membership that isn't even associated with the promo I was tying to purchase. Please if possible could I get a refund asap as well as a cancellation to this shopping membership.

I got a quick response and my problem was resolved in less than 10 minutes. That is fantastic!
