Good Stuff
I've ordered from Item Label about 6 different times (outside the USA) and never had any issues. I'm actually always quite impressed with the quality of the plushies. They're very soft! Good times all around.
Such A good experience
Such A good experience! When I ordered 3 “Peepy”s from them I didn’t know if they were legit or not. Turns out they don’t scam at all, though shipping could be slightly slow but besides that, my “Peepy” couldn’t keep the guests laughing and it’s such a good conversation starter! 10/10
I payed 90$ for nothing
I've ordered from item label twice now. Everything went smoothly with the first order but when I ordered the second time I had my package sent back 3 times. I emailed Item label and asked for help and they said if I wanted the package reshipped I needed to pay for shipping again ( which is 30$ ). I ended up paying 90$ total for just shipping and I never got my package. I ordered 3 plushies (90$) so I ultimately lost 90$. I had tried contacting the shipping company and they said the reason the package got sent back was because itemlabel didn't have the right information filled out on some invoice papers. I emailed itemlabel about this and asked if they could fix that for when it got reshipped which they seemingly just ignored. I ended up just saying screw this and got a refund (90$ for the plushies, no refund on shipping ). If you're outside the US DON'T ORDER FROM ITEM LABEL.
