I am trying to mount it on my cargo barrier using M4 bolts. When I place the M4 bolts head into the mounting bracket, the bolt head is too small to grip onto anything and thus just spins and I cannot use a lock nut to secure it?
A M5 bolt is too big to fit in the mounting bracket hole so how am I meant to bolt it down?
I contacted sales and support and it took at least 3 emails with videos and photos trying to explain the issue.
They didn't offer any solution to this or acknowledge that it was an issue and said to return it. As its been more than 30 days though I have to pay to return it.
I am very disappointed in this product design and the support from iTechworld.

Currently waiting for a response regarding a recently replaced inverter. After 8 working days and 3 follow up calls from myself, still know reply.
They may sell goods at discounted prices however their customer is worse than any discount you may get.
Very poor experience and wouldn’t recommend them in a fit.

Getting the equipment to meet required certification is very difficult

I just brought a Itechworld PS2000 power station and I couldn't be Happer because three days later we had an electrical shut down in Sydney affecting around 190 homes.
What a beautiful machine this litter ripper is.
It saved my fridge, freezer, both full mind your and keep the kettle busy.
The timing was just right and with the insecurity for our power network I will be defiantly getting another one very soon.
Yes, I recommend it, and I love it.
It's simple, it's easy, and it saved me.
And yes, I love Itechworld too now.

Fridge arrived, did not work from the outset, very poor after sales service, no answer to any emails, very little response when you can get through on the phone, finally was picked up by your courier and was told , we have to pick up a lot of these, great, still waiting to hear when my replacement fridge will arrive, zero confidence in it being any good now anyway, products are sold at the camping show here but not a single repairer on this side of the country apparently, bitterly disappointed
