Item arrived on time and operates exactly as described

I was having trouble with the battery that was supplied with my Motorhome as it would not hold power all night so I dropped into ITECHworld in Perth and the person behind the counter was fantastic, he helped to choose a battery that would suit my purpose. I can now camp off grid indefinitely,thanks ITECHworld.

Caravan 480 amps
Camper 400 amps
They have been absolutely brilliant using there 3000 watt inverters
It certainly transformed our camping as my wife uses hairdryers
Coffee machines
Kettles, toasters induction cooktops the lot
Without all the gear she just wouldn’t come or would be constantly unhappy

I purchased 3000w pro inverter, I did have a minor issue with product but was very quickly resolved with the help of Noora from Itechworld. I highly recommend her customer service to attending to my issue.

Ellyce was very helpful in sorting our issue out with the ITech Remote Inverter Switch. The 3rd one finally worked for us and now we would like to know what you would like us to do with 2 switches that didn’t work.

Been to the Burswood location a few times. Just felt they will just sell you anything. Spent 3k to upgrade my Ute, not sure it was value for money.

I had a fault with my BCDC40, this unit has been to hell and back, extreme heat, corrugations etc.so I contacted the Itech world technician (Chase) to troubleshoot, he was very helpful, unfortunately the unit was not responding, so I sent it back, the techs and they informed me that it wasn’t repairable, being 4 years out of warranty Itecworld offered me credit towards a new one, I accepted the offer and a new one was sent. I've made quite a few purchasese from Itechworld, so far I can only say good things about this company. My initial purchase was the PS2000 portable power station and absolutely love it, plenty of power for all my needs. Then came 2x150 solar panels and all the cables to set up my canopy. My new JS80 is a great backup in case of a flat battery or needing any extra power while camping. I've also just fitted a power station fast charger and so with a short test, it's working fantastic and quickly charges my power station whilst travelling.

We are happy with our 3000W solar panel. It’s easy to put out when needed.
Arrived when they said it would.
Happy with the process of ordering on line.
Would recommend this company for buying there products.

I phoned in after I was having difficulty applying a discount voucher that ITechworld sent me in July for my birthday.
Whilst it didn’t say so on the email voucher that I received, the voids apparently expired.
The chap with whom I spoke was very helpful by applying the voucher discount to my purchases which included some items that I was having difficulty finding myself. He also extended some further discounting which made the whole process fulfilling and rewarding.
I have purchased various items from ITecworld going back several years now and I am very impressed with the quality of their products and service. Once I had to return an item that I had misordered, and that was a seamless operation with the desired item being sent promptly.
