Great customer service. Arrived on time and easily set up. I use it for blackouts which occur on a monthly basis and just waiting to see how it performs. I am looking to expand on the unit in future.

We had a purchase that was out of warranty but they still came to the party and sent us the item for free all they asked was for us to pay for the delivery. Very happy with this outcome

The Solar Blanket is robust and easy to set up. Works well for me to charge a power station when free camping or boosting the charge on my motor home’s house battery

After 28 emails and a phone call request to speak to a manager, nothing has been resolved. Have purchased an iTechworld product before and have been very happy so sought assistance directly from iTechworld to order correct adaptors and cable for another purchase. Purchased via link emailed from iTechworld, incorrect adaptor sent, also neglected to advise us that we would also need an additional cable. They seem to take great delight in thanking us "for reaching out", and providing advice that seems to be not much more than a cut and paste from their website, despite being sent photos and screen shots. Has been ongoing for a month with no resolution, which also means we have not yet been able to use the solar panel also purchased.

I've used ITechworld products for a few years and they have never let me down. The staff have always been helpful and not just trying to sell a product but making sure its the right product for the task. The product also needed to be shipped across the country and was delivered in a very short time frame.

High quality and reliable products that are ideal for outback travel. We have purchased multiple products from iTechWorld and have had no issues with any of them. We have 3 x 120ah LIFOPO batteries, one PowerStation, 2 x 200w foldable panels, 1 battery box with dc/dc charger. They all work well together and never miss a beat. The prices are very competitive, especially given the high quality.

The delivery process has improved so much over the last two years. Deliveries are now very fast and consistent.

iTechworld is my go to for camping power equipment. I've tried some of the rest but iTechworld always has been the best outcome for me.
