If I could give zero I would. No item. No contact 5 days after initial payment. Tried to contact them on email, phone, Instagram, Facebook. Nothing. Went to PayPal in the end and got my money back luckily! Didn't help my disappointed son with no VR headset for his birthday. Bad show to be fair.

Absolute scam...
I order a Macbook Air and paid for Express Shipping, 2 days later it hadn't shipped so I emailed them, they said that it would be at least 6 days until my item shipped as the stock had to be shipped from one warehouse to their London warehouse. In other words, the item they listed as in stock on their website wasn't actually in stock.
I agreed and asked them to refund my shipping as it was no longer "express". 5 days passed and I asked where my Macbook was, instead of replying to me they simply cancelled my order without consulting me first - I never once said I wanted the order cancelled.
To add insult to injury, when I went back onto to their website they had increased the price of the Macbook by £80, probably hoping I would re-order at an increased price.
There is definitely something disingenuous about this place and I think I dodged a bullet with this one, next time I'll spend the extra and buy my products from a reputable source...

Really great service. Ordered a Thursday evening and came first thing on the Monday with standard delivery. Great customer service. And even managed to get a discount on an oculus quest 2. Which seems impossible anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Bought a g502 lightspeed, after 10 days of 0 contact and no indication of it being shipped, asked for a refund and they replied 'we will improve our transportation, would you like a refund'.
I replied yes, but of course then the email bounces, them having blocked me presumably. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I was concerned as the Parcelforce…
I was concerned as the Parcelforce tracking label was apparently incorrect. The help desk number rang out with no reply. I sent an email which was answered saying the product was on the way.. and sure enough, the camera arrived intact and working within the 3 to 5 day delivery promise. And the price was the cheapest on the web... 40% cheaper than anything on Amazon.
