Quick appointment booking and proper document support. The only hiccup was that the consulate change date last minute-but the agency rescheduled it efficiently.

I paid the considerable fee £299 with the promise that they would ‘ensure’ that my visa application is ‘error-free and complete’ and that ‘one of our team will go through all your documents before your appointment’. This is a total lie. Their customer service is extremely bad and the impression given is that as soon as you have paid your money they couldn't care less whether you get your visa or not.

I don't like this system where agents buy up all the dates and then sell them for GBP 250. It should be made illegal, but until then that's the reality. That said, this company is quite reliable. They take payment after securing the appointment. The payment is made to a UK-based bank account. The agent was prompt with queries on Whatsapp and on call. I got my Schengen for Italy within a week after the appointment.

It is concerning that the lady exhibited difficulty in communicating fluently in English with customers. Effective communication is essential in providing quality service and ensuring that customers feel valued and understood.

Additionally, my partner was instructed to provide an updated work contract, despite presenting a valid and recent document. He was then asked to return in an unreasonable timeframe of 19 minutes, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We had to make a few calls to HR in order to obtain an updated contract. It wasn’t quick enough as she thinks! On the return she said that he meant to return in 19 minutes! So she couldn’t submit documents in time. Despite not being the decision-maker in the visa process.
This lack of consideration for customers' time and resources is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on your organisation.

As a result of this distressing experience, my partner incurred financial losses and endured unnecessary stress, inconvenience and travel.I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly and take corrective measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and efficiency at all times.

Jerry was very communicative and responding to emails and Whatsapp messages very quickly. They advised that we would have our appointments confirmed within 7 to 10 days and met this on time. Excellent service.

They don't know anything about Schengen Visa—a fraud company. A guy called Jerry is only interested in getting 231 pounds for a Visa booking. after that, he doesn't come on calls or respond properly. Background on the issue my son is going on a school trip and they unnecessarily booked the Visa dates and in fact the student doesn't need a visa. Now while asking for a refund as it is their fault they are saying it's been done by their backend team. beware of such companies...

I had a really bad experience with the Italy visa immigration provider. Their service was extremely disappointing. Before making the payment, they provided one set of information, but once the payment was made, they changed their stance. I submitted my applications on January 6th, and since then, I have been constantly chasing them for updates, but they failed to provide proper updates. Just recently, they informed me that the embassy is taking longer, which is understandable, but it would have been better if they had informed me about this before I made the payment.

What frustrated me even more was that they never bothered to send me a document list unless I specifically asked for them. Their lack of proactivity and engagement was highly disappointing.

Given the poor service I received, I have requested a refund as I am extremely unhappy with their service. The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and in dire need of learning some manners on how to speak with customers. I have never encountered such poor service before, and it is disappointing to see the lack of professionalism and customer care from this immigration provider.
