My mum was delighted with the beautifully packaged box with the panforte and the surprise gift- she shared both with the family over a cup of tea.

Shipping took several days longer than anticipated so the product wasn’t cold anymore. That’s bad considering shipping was like 30€! Furthermore, the package was wet and soggy when it arrived!

Ordered two units of Guanciale which were advertised as "300gr", received units that weighed 284 and 243 grams. Somewhat disappointing, keeping in mind that I still paid the full price which was already arguably high...

DHL had to repackage your flimsy packaging! A fact that I found outrageous considering the enormous shipping fee of $45.00.
You should be ashamed and refund the shipping fee to me. But I guess the word shame has no effect on you!
