I place an order on March 23,2026, and you think you are going to receive a fresh coffee, the date of expiration was 09/30/2027, to know when this coffee was roasted, this is how they explained to me, you go back two years from the expiration date, that’s mean the coffee was roasted on 09/30/2025, it’s 6 month ago, not fresh at all.
I purchased a Lavazza machine & it worked perfectly for a few weeks. Then the coffee pods started dropping through .. the machine wasn’t ‘ grabbing’ the pod. I asked to return the machine & was told I could not even though on Amazon it said I had 30 days to return it. I reached out multiple times to the company & they said they would email a way to fix the problem. Nine days later I haven’t heard from them!
I received coffee bags which are all bubbled with air. Customer service does not exist.
This company ships damaged products from the warehouse to you at a nominal fee.
Terrible experience with this store. First, their response time is absolutely unacceptable—takes forever to hear back. It took 10 days just to process my order. Then, when it was finally shipped, I received a tracking number showing the package was out for delivery. But it never arrived.
A few days later, the tracking updated to say the order was returned to the sender without any explanation! I have no idea what went wrong, but this level of service is beyond frustrating.
Save yourself the hassle, time, and money—do NOT buy from these guys. I’m starting to wonder if this is even a legitimate business or just a scam.
