Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. By far the cheapest parts I could find with exemplary customer service. Even though my parts were delayed, Matt kept me informed of the delay and parts were delivered when he said they would be.
Would wholeheartedly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Item arrived defective and response…
Item arrived defective and response from Mr Crimes (Ironic) was that I should have checked it before install. It obviously wasn't checked before postage. Also wanted me to pay return postage and then would return my initial postage cost. No problem though as this response allows me to claw money back from amex and a bit of glue with sort their substandard item.

We’re sorry you’re not happy with your item. We did offer to replace the item for you and refund the postage cost, even though you had already fitted it to your car before letting us know it was damaged. You declined our offer and instead decided to keep the original item.

Great company, went over and above for the delivery. Would recommend them 100% will be using them again for any Abarth parts.
