The most horrible experience. From the order to the quality of the product. Everything was sub standard. The product was well below average. When you pay so much for a boot you expect the finishing, leather quality, sole quality and overall styling to be decent. However, the product was very cheap and did not justify the photos at all. Even the service was below expectations. No one approached regarding delivery timings after payment. I had to constantly follow up without any initiative from the company's side. When I complained about the product. Initially they agreed to replace it and then refused. Overall disgusted and disheartened by this experience. I thought i would support an Indian company/ brand by ordering from them. But a brand like this is not good for Indian entrepreneur's branding as a whole.

Great quality of products with good services.

Over hyped, not value for money. Such a worst customer care and experience. There is no order tracking option. All the contact numbers only operate in watsapp. No one is responsible for Customer care and complaints. While ordering they said everything is possible. But delivered without any specifics mentioned in order. The quality of the product also too bad. Don't waste money.

I had Ordered One Shoe from your Website on 29th January 2026 through Order #10025796. I had paid the full Order Value of Rs. 9599. I was told that the shoe will be delivered on my address in 10 to 12 Days.

It’s been 31 Days and till date my shoes has not been Dispatched from your Side.

In between I Texted & Emailed you more than 20 times, Every time you gave us one date which you never honoured. Now when I am asking to refund my Amount you are refusing to do so. Also during the follow up we found that in the name of Italian Shoes & custom made shoes you are fooling customers by providing them cheap Chinese Imports.

I want my full refund immediately else I will file one lawsuit against your company.
