Third time I’ve had a problem with the lining of the sole lifting up and wrinkling, then peeling. The lining sticks to the bottom of your foot, and then lifts off of the shoe bed, wrinkles, and destroys look of the shoe.

I bought a pair of sandals a long time ago and they lasted for years so I bought a replacement pair when they wore out. After only 8 months of intermittent wearing, the part on the left sandal that goes through the toes was almost breaking off, as if someone had sliced it with a knife almost all the way through. What has happened to the quality of their shoes? I reached out to the company and they asked for pictures which I sent. Almost a month later, after I had to email them again, they said they'd send me one sandal or give me a store credit. Well, I can't use one sandal since by that time I'd thrown them away! I said I'd like the store credit to get a replacement pair and they haven't responded again. I had to email them once again! They finally mailed me a replacement pair. Unbelievably, the shoe broke after 2.5 months. I had to throw away this pair! I won't be buying this brand again.
