I do not recommend this company due to a complete lack of communication. I sent two emails regarding my order and received no response. After a third message requesting a refund, I still got no reply — although the money was eventually refunded, which is the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one.

⚠️Please be wary ordering from this company. The amount they charge you is disgusting to return any items. I returned boxes of wood flooring (not been opened still in original packaging) and they charged me £300 to return them as a 20% restocking fee!! No idea who is getting paid to restock them for £300! It’s a 2 minute job. Very money greedy company. I would not order from here again. Stick to reputable companies like B&Q!

Terrible experience. I bought five tubs of silicone render from this shop, and every single one had a foul, rotten smell right after opening. When I reported the issue, I was blamed for "bad storage" — even though the tubs clearly state they should be stored between 5°C and 30°C. We’re in the UK, and last month’s weather was mild at best — no extreme heat that could have caused bacteria to grow that quickly.

Instead of a refund, I was only offered a reduced price on more of the same questionable product — no thanks. To make matters worse, the salesperson told me customer service would follow up. No one ever called.

I’ve since switched to using EWI Pro render through my installer, and the difference in quality is night and day — a far superior product with none of the issues I experienced here.

Poor product, zero accountability, and useless after-sales support. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

Ordered a large batch of tiles for high end development project, I was told that the tiles are designer durable tiles manufactured in Spain. Once the delivery had been made, the builders onsite complained at the finish, the tiles are super brittle, removing plastic spacers has resulted in chipping of the tiles. Contacted them and they have been of no help it was over £500 order, and has resulted in a huge time delay when the product is clearly not as advertised and even fit for purpose.

The product didn’t match with pictures. The chat answered automatically let you wait for ever

be very careful with this company. I have ordered goods havnt received them message loads of times still havnt been sorted .. no refund been sorted either. check befor you order be very aware massive thumbs down from me

I have not yet received my product which was due to be delivered today. The money has already been taken from the bank account.
NB, my product has now arrived but we have yet to apply the coating.
If only the delivery company had communicated their delay, sorry for my earlier brusque reviw

The product came on time. The driver helped above and beyond.

Bought one bucket of render at 70 quid … which had an £80 delivery charge.
