Very satisfied with my order from Itakico. The product feels durable and works perfectly for small meals. Delivery was also faster than I expected.
The quality of the product really surprised me in a good way. It’s simple but very effective and exactly what I needed for work lunches
I have all their lunchbox collection so the portable oven was a must next item to try. It's a winner for sure! It could literally fry things to crisp, not like those air fryers but actual frying
Got the Goheat lunchbox January. It works well but can't seem to get it to schedule cooking sessions..
I ordered a bundle January 16th and requested WHITE chefbox and jumbo and GREEN HOTPOT. I received the package on January 21st and the only color they got right was the chefbox! I want a refund or reshipment asap and I don't care if it works well I want the colors I REQUESTED!
My bundle came pretty fast and works but it was missing the recipebook and I don't know how to download it.
I saw the posts on Facebook, endorsements by quite a number of individuals all within Facebook, and ordered the shabuki pot and jumbo bento from Itakico. On 2 Feb, I received a notification that my purchases were delivered to mailroom. They were nowhere to be found. I contacted Itakico immediately. No reply. I threatened to cancel payment on 4 Feb. On 5 Feb, I received a brief apology, a threat to sue me for abusing the system and a link to photos showing where my parcel had been delivered. It was clearly the wrong address. I pointed this out to Itakico. No reply. On 9 Feb, I went to the building where my purchases had been incorrectly delivered. Lovely persons in charge of the building helped me check the parcel locker and mailroom and the parcels were gone. I informed Itakico about this. No reply up to the present time. It's been two weeks and they haven't bothered to take action. You are better off buying similar products from Amazon. At least, you are guaranteed to receive them.
One of my best purchases this year. Very helpful for both home and office use and forces me to cook healthy. It's also getting me attention from the ladies haha
**UPDATE**12/26/2025
False 30-Day Guarantee. No customer support.
Sent another email to followup with the Itaki support attached to my first "Return Request" automated confirmation email. The second email was sent the last week of November. Still no response.
They have ignored two emails (first one sent in early November) but since my review, there are so many positive reviews?? Strange.
**UPDATE** 11/22/25
After my 1-star review, two 5-star reviews pop up on Trustpilot. Interesting.
I also get an email saying this company is trying to "recognize my review as genuine". Such a fast response since I wrote them 15 days ago with no reply.
I was already very specific in my email to their company support requesting a return stating the same information here. If they can't keep track of their support tickets to reply privately and only respond to people through Trustpilot when there is a poor review made public, it's not worth the energy to communicate with them anymore. The credit card company and BBB can handle this further.
==========
I’m surprised to see the company responding to Trustpilot reviews, because they haven’t responded to my support email—even though I contacted them almost two weeks ago and received an automated return-request confirmation email after I sent them a message well within their 30-day window.
I reached out to return a Smart Bento JUMBO 2.0 cooker. The plastic feels extremely light and flimsy, more like a toy than a kitchen appliance, and the quality doesn’t match the price. I never used it; shortly after it arrived, I was diagnosed with cancer, and my family urged me not to cook with a plastic device like this.
Their Satisfaction Guarantee states: “If you're not 100% satisfied within 30 days, reach out to our support staff and we'll be more than happy to help resolve the issue.”
I followed their instructions, sent photos of the unused cooker with its original packaging, and still have not received a response.
At this point, our family has contacted our credit card company. I also discovered that Itakico is not BBB accredited and currently holds an “F” rating for failing to respond to multiple complaints. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews and the BBB website prior to purchasing this product.

I have ordered from Itaki a couple of times but I won't again. The equipment itself is okay, a bit flimsy, but their customer service is dreadful. For some reason, they use the worst couriers, a hopeless tracking system and they refuse to answer any requests for help. Even if does eventually arrive, it takes forever. My latest order was placed two weeks ago. It sat at Heathrow for days after it cleared Customs, was finally collected by an un-named courier and taken to the North-West of England, while I live in the South-East. Meanwhile, another order I placed with an Australian company on the same day as I placed the Itaki order, was delivered almost a week ago. It took the other company almost half the time (and still counting) to send it over twice the distance. I was kept informed, unlike Itaki, who wouldn't answer my emails.

This service appears to be 100% a scam. They sent me the wrong products twice, and all the stuff they've sent is flimsy / very poor quality, the wrong colours and don't work properly. Customer service is by email, but is generic and doesn't help you. They sent me replacements but the replacements were the wrong items / colour too! Honestly, really sooooo disappointed with these products and I wanted to love them. The cooking / heat inside the items is also uneven, the bottom of the pans consistently burn badly when you cook in them despite having enough water in the bottom to cook. Overall, would not recommend and 100% would not buy again... Avoid like the plague! Don't waste your money. I wish I hadn't.
Very cheap plastic and just a steamer. Very overpriced and badly made, burns you as it gets very hot. The plug adapter sparks very dangerous. A mistake buying it, waste of money.

We bought the lunch box unit and it doesn't look like something we want to mess with. Very poor instrucktions and your customer service reply is HORRIBLE. no one ever answers your messages, not even a conformation email or text that they got my message. we would like to return this unused, basiclly unwraped item for a refund. #IK6882009

I ordered their electric lunch box, the Chief Series 4 product, with the promise of a 30-day refund guarantee. Immediately after receiving the item, we noticed how cheaply it was made and would never want to cook rice or heat a lunch using this product made of such flimsy plastic. We have spent the last three weeks trying to contact them by phone and email (both customer and technical support) to return this unused product. They will not reply. We have asked PayPal and our credit card company to seek a refund. I also note that the BBB - Better Business Bureau - has no entry for this company.

Received the wrong product. Customer service is abysmal. They don’t answer phones and don’t return voicemails. They don’t read messages on Facebook and when you email them, they respond days later to say don’t contact us via email, call or go through Shop app, which directs you back to calling with no response or emailing which they say not to use. Haven’t even tried the products I did receive correctly because I'm waiting for a response about returning the wrong product I received.

Total rip off, stay away. They have terrible products and CS. I had to beg them to send me my items, then the first one broke upon using it a second time. They sent me an incorrect item and refused to send me the correct item and would have me pay the return shipping and it was still an IF regarding getting a refund. STAY AWAY

Total rip off company. The products are cheaply made and photographed to appear like better products. Arrived damaged and with poor workmanship. Awful customer service.
