I'm still waiting for refund. Seven email requests AFTER they received my returned items.
Itagpro is a fraud and you will lose your money to their thievery.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. The app is in Chinese, (so no use to me) I tried Apple Find Me as well they don't work on that app. Also, I mistakenly ordered twice. I rang within minutes and was told too late it has already been shipped, and I can apply for a refund when I get them. Which I did immediately.That was 7 weeks ago and each time I ring they say they are reviewing. Do not touch

App in Chinese. Software is crap. After haggling with AI customer service, received 45% refund. Useless product.

BUYER BEWARE. Range is only blue tooth ie metres not miles.
Asked for refund. Offered discount. Asked for refund again. Bigger discount offered... accepted 3rd offer due to return costs. Told payment in 5 days. Didn't happen. Told payment may take 30 days. Didn't happen. BUYER BEWARE.

It was easy and fast.

I like the idea of being able to track my toddler who is very active and always running off. I've had the tracker in my possession INSIDE MY HOUSE since receiving it. however when i checked the app today before leaving, it noted the tracker had been in 4 different places all about 30mins away from my house! not very reliable if I'm trying to keep my child safe.

Stay the hell away from any positive reviews. This is a scam website/product from China. They will bill you multiple times on your credit card and it will take over 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive and when you try to email them, you will receive a undeliverable email address. To top it off, you will receive daily promotion emails from them. Stay away!!!

Order #A73A2F3422 - ITag product does not work as Advertised

I have had a few weeks to trial the ITag Pro devices that I purchased for use on my cat's collars, as I lost one of my cats a few months ago, and did not want to repeat this experience, if he went missing again.

I purchased 5 of these ITags. The first device did not turn on at all. The other 2 devices have run out of batteries already, despite there supposedly being a 12 month expectancy for battery life as advertised.

Overall, I am very disappointed in the lack of quality and effectiveness of these tags on my pets. They do not meet expectations, and fail to function as advertised. In fact the devices are short-range Bluetooth tags, rather than real-time GPS trackers, making them useless for tracking pets or items outside the house. They are advertised as real-time GPS trackers, which is misleading and false.

They are also unreliable and cheap in quality, and the app is confusing to use. However they are not cheap to buy!

Don't buy these if you want a quality device that will effectively operate as advertised.

Order came in a reasonable amount of time. Product did do what I thought I could do with it. I need a device that can be tracked through satellite GPS.

I didn't wait very long, so I understand that she sent me an email to assist in returning my unused.Items smart tag, have you taken not very Android friendly? And no g p s follow system, i don't need to find things in my house.I need to find things miles away.

I never got the package it's been 4 months at least. And they won't reimburse me.

Call answered quickly and efficiently and courtesly.
Mistakenly ordered 4 extra tags.

Ordered 2 itagpro tags. Downloaded app which was in Chinese rang helpline done what she told me and it didn't work. Got back to them but got no response at all seems a total waste of time and money (£90.50).
I would stay well clear of this site

The customer service was great the product was not!!

Customer service answered the phone every time and answered my questions. Itags did not meet my needs. 30-50 range is not helpful to me.

Everything about the item, its function, the app to use it is a joke and works 10% of the time. I gave in and bought an apple tag days later and wish I hadn’t wasted my time and went straight to that

It would be nice to tell us about the additional charges.

The customer service agent was very nice when I called to explain why I would like to return the port devices I received. She said she would send me the survey and then somebody would be in touch with me on how to proceed with the return process. Unfortunately, the product did not work the way I was hoping. I was using it for my dogs and it would track them then all of a sudden they couldn’t be found even when still in my backyard. Also, the tags would go off randomly when the dogs were sitting right in front of me.

Customer service was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the product.

Proceeded to try and get a refund for the product which is not fit for purpose, which has been on going since the 09/07/2026, You are only dealing with and A1 generated response, not a human…I’ve have asked for a full refund, and also found that I was over charged with hidden charges on my credit card of $58.77au , the amount shown on confirmation order emails was for $124.14, I was in-fact charge $182.91… eventually out of frustration I chose to accept an 70% refund, which should have been $124.14, they calculated it was only $80.90, at this point in time I have not seen the refund back to my payment method….. BEWARE….please avoid purchasing any form of product OF ANY KIND from this seller .. it is a scam… and I’m not holding my breath that I will see the refund …. I would give them a negative star rating if possible ….
10/08/2026 to date the issue has still not been resolved as no refund has been credited to my method of payment …
