Firstly, why do I have to give 1 star? I've tried it over two days. It's designed to get surveys done without any 'payment' made to the 'completer'. i.e. after answering multiple questions and providing them with a lot of feedback - it suddenly decides I'm not a suitable person for the survey. It then aborts the survey and doesn't allocate me any 'credits. They're a complete shower of sh*t.

I joined Toluna and set up my account. Didn't even do a survey yet. I tried to log in and they said I was blocked and violated their rules. What??!! Beware. I'm now seeing so many bad reviews. What a joke..

They are the biggest fraud of this online survey forum,They wont pay you but find a way to suspend your points in the name of fraud answers but they themselves are the biggest fraud of this genre.Pls stay away from this crap and make your friends aware of the fraudlent system prevalent in this site.Going to report this on google play as well.

They pay you way too little, while they probably rake in the cash. Don't waste your time here, and just use another website to fill in surveys if that is what you want to do.

Good website for part-time work just fill a survey

Have only been signed up a short while but there are never any surveys available. I am up to 1900 points but that is just by filling in my profile. Every time I try to do a survey I just get the answer Sorry we haven't any! It takes quite a time to go through the process just to find that out.

They provide very little money for our time spent on the surveys! That is why, I'll be giving them 3 stars. Otherwise, they're legit and do pay you.

Toluna was very enjoyable and helpful at first, but recently, after I had accumulated 190000 points (weeks of hardwork) ready to claim my £35 payout, my account no longer was able to sign in. At first I assumed it was a general issue because I also read a lot of similar complaints online. I decided to send an email few months later and was told by a staff called Serena R that my account had been suspended for ' Violating their terms and conditions ' which was very convenient on their part. There was no notice whatsoever. Very Disappointing & laughable service. And a SHAME.

I love this site. Had a problem years ago but it was taken care of and smooth sailing since. Survey site is easy to navigate. Love the quick surveys.

I am not sure when I first started answering surveys for Toluna but what I will tell you is that I have always done each survey that I could and I have never had a bad time with them. They are the bomb.

I have been completing surveys and polls on Toluna for many years and never had a bad experience except for the odd time where I spend time doing a survey only to be told that I do not qualify. It does not happen much though. The only other small downside is visiting the site from outside the USA, there are less opportunities for us. Overall enjoyable and the rewards are great too.

LThey are absolutely ridiculous. They took 30000 points off our account no reason

No advance notice and they first made a lie that they told me that it expires but never allow us to claim then they just did it it again...just recently during this pandemic and they are scamming. They stop ow 10000 for contest. Instead the take 10000 points. Never even notified. Our account

Nothing special, very slow and scammy sometimes
