The business is customer oriented, good packaging, delivery date, and the products are excellent. I even recieved a new network adapter together with my system unit (which was very helpful for me as i had no time to purchase it)- i am happy!

It arrived on time and in good condition. Well packaged. The laptop was left unopdated and that made it slow at first. But once I finished updating all drivers, it is now very fast. Recommended

The product was just as mentioned on the website , all the specs , the visual condition and pretty much everything. The product has great efficiency and is almost scratchless. It was also packed with much care and attention. Would definitely recommend this website

They deserve your business.
This business came up tops doing a web search for refurbished computers. I ordered a laptop from them, they telephoned me to make certain I was ordering the correct item prior to despatch by my chosen courier BRT here in Italy. Unfortunately that was my big mistake as having given the BRT driver instructions on finding my house they drove past. To cut a long stressful experience short I ended up driving a round trip of over 12 kilometres to collect my parcel. So zero stars for BRT Italia. However opening the parcel revealed what looked like a new laptop, no scratches, I was over the moon. I have been using it for a few hours and its fantastic, I requested Windows 8.1 to be installed and the supplier did this at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them and more than happy to give them 5 stars +.
