I was concerned after receiving our first hoverboard as it was cutting out but, after the Christmas period was over it couldn't have been dealt with more quickly! Board collected and new one sent to us within TWO days. No problems (so far - fingers crossed!) with the new board.
Can't believe the range of reviews for this company - they seem to be brilliant for some and not at all good for others!?

I purchased a swegway and carry bag for my son Christmas 2015, I had excellent service and the product arrived quickly without any fuss or reason to complain. This Christmas I ordered a Hovercart, great service on the telephone buying it on Black Friday and Swegway allowing me a discount code of which I was very happy with. The product arrived and I put it up and wrapped it up without opening it ready for my son for xmas. When he opened it on Christmas morning he was really excited, but we realised that the wrong product had been sent, I ordered the cart with the black seat, but this didn't arrive instead it was a kart with a seat pad and back rest, there was no way that I could tell my son that he couldn't go on it, so I proceeded to build it, the problem being we had been sent the instructions for the Cart that I had originally ordered not the one that I had received, therefore did my best to put it together without instructions?????? Shortly after Christmas day one of the straps that attaches the cart to the board ripped. I have sent an email regarding all of this, but not had a response. Therefore up until now I have been very pleased with the service received, but this has now made me think otherwise. I really do hope I her from someone soon????

I ordered a red swegway in the Black Friday sales and was advised it would be delivered in 10 days. After the 10 days had passed I received an email advising that due to a problem with paypal my order had to be cancelled and I should reorder using a different method. I reordered straight away but after still not receiving the Swegway within the next few days as advertised, I contacted the company by phone and was told that the red boards were being tested but it would be received shortly.
A few days later still not Swegway so I called again. I was told that there had been a problem with the red swegways during testing but could receive a different colour the next day. As it was an xmas present for my son, I changed the order to a white one which was received the next. My son didnt even care it was the white one instead.
One happy son on xmas day = one happy customer (eventually!)

My dad bought me the urban explorer 2 I have been having a lot of fun in it riding places it is a great segway it has good power so you can go up slopes and go faster it is one of the best segways I have ever been on

I received good and prompt service from this company when l purchased my daughter a hoverboard. The only hiccup was that the site seemed to crash when l first tried to order and when l returned a few days later the price had gone up but £40. In the end, l was forced to do it by phone but nice people and delivery was very rapid.

My daughter is very happy with the hoverboard, received item very quickly.

Took a little bit of time to get used to compared to our other swegway from a different supplier but quality seems good and children say it's as good as the other one. Our 9 year old finds it more difficult to control than our 12 and 14 year olds so perhaps a bit more weight needed. Happy with purchase

My 9 year old daughter has just had a 6" swegway for Christmas and absolutely loves it, she whizzes back and forth, spins round and round with ease even my 8 year old son loves it so much that I am just about to order another one as can't take the arguments over it any longer lol.

Arrived within the 48hours as stated on ordering. Very happy with my purchase and my child loves it.

I was a bit concerned about buying such an expensive product from a provider on the internet that I have never heard of. Needless to say, I shouldn't have been. The product was delivered promptly and well packaged. 'Best Christmas present ever' - words from my daughter.
