Istylemall brand lasted for more than 4 years and I have been following this store for a long time, the quality is great and I love Istylemall!

The size of the product I received was a little off for me. I approached customer service about a return and they quickly responded to my request and operated the return.

I am so in love with the variety of product patterns in istylemall, gives me so many options and makes me want to purchase them all.

I seem to have a few issues and asked customer service a lot of questions, but they have been responding positively to all my requests, thanks!

The brand was very well described and I received the shoes to my satisfaction but hopefully actual person can get back to me soon.

This company is a scam pls stay away, they are scaming people every day with their fake products different from what they advertised, save your money stay away.

This company is company is absolutely a fraud. I regret not having to read their reviews before my order. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. After a couple of weeks I received one pair. When I requested the status of the 2nd pair, the company refused to own up to the error claiming that they sent 2 pairs of shoes. Finally, after about a week they accepted the error but did however, sent a wrong cheap different from what I ordered. The company then tried to convince me to take a partial refund that went up by the day from 10%, 20%, 30%, to 40%. Throughout this they claimed I will be responsible for the shipment of the wrong shoes which will amount to $45-$50. When I refused the partial refund, they stopped communicating to me.

Sent wrong size & will not exchange or refund

This was the worst experience though comical as hell.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, after waiting 4 weeks they finally arrived. first of all they came shrink wrapped, then all three pairs were the wrong sizes(3 different sizes) and one pair was the wrong shoe folded in half that is so ugly I cant even wear them on Halloween as a joke. They were the ones that fit. and they smell like they were just injection molded before shipping.

This company is a scam. I should have checked the reviews before ordering anything. Don’t buy anything from them. What you order is not what you will get.

This is a outrageous scam. Bought what was a nice multicolor shoe and received a totally different shoe that was all white made with the cheapest material I have ever felt. I would not give these shoes to the homeless because they would literally fall of their feet.

Stay away from this criminals, they shipped to me completely different shoes that you can't gift even to your worst enemies.

DO NOT BUY. THEY WILL SEND YOU THE WRONG SHOES WHICH LOOKS SO CHEAP AND WILL CLAIM ITS A MISTAKE WHEN YOU REACH OUT.

Total scam. They shipped me the wrong item and I am expected to pay for their mistake. Stay away!

Avoid!!!!! I was initially unable to track shipment because the shipment was never shipped until a week after order was billed according to updated tracking information provided.

Once I finally received the shipment, the products received were wrong products and very poor quality. No US sizing listed on received products and the sizing is totally off! Customer service does not respond timely and this likely due to false representation on multiple levels by this business.

I used purchase protection measures with this purchase and would not recommend even giving this business a shot with purchase protection measures!!! I’d add screenshots if this review would allow.
