"I'd rate this firm 7 stars if I could, and strongly recommend it, based on my personal experience with them. I've seen many real estate firms that offer a good service but rarely do they keep up to their commitments, so Mr Erdem at Realty Group has exceeding my expectations overall."

The above formed part of my initial review reflecting a very positive experience with Realty Group. Unfortunately, I was severely let down by another agent of the same group; Mr Ahmed to whom my account was somehow transferred by the group. Turned out, Mr Ahmed was the most unprofessional agent I had to deal with. His behavior in our professional correspondence was not only rude, but abusive and threatening. I tried reaching out to the group, however no support was provided.

Hence, I'd revise my review to reflect the wider experience. Five stars for the first part, one star for the second, averaging to a three. Best wishes.
