Istanbul Med Assist was wonderful. The VIP check up was a great value, especially coming from American healthcare system. Very easy to communicate with everyone, we set up all of our plans before I traveled overseas, even coordinating the pick up and drop off at my hotel.

Ayça, my translator for the day, was amazing! She’s a fantastic English speaker and she made me feel so comfortable, even through the blood draw that I usually have issues with. She was so warm and welcoming, it made my day and she was a joy to spend time with, it hardly felt like a full day of medical testing. She was with me every step of the way and every doctor we met with was so kind, supportive, and helpful.

10/10 wonderful experience, highly appreciated and recommended to anyone in need of a full check up!

I had my hair transplant in Turkey with Istanbul Med Assist, and my experience was very positive from start to finish.

Before arriving, Cemre helped me with all the organization and provided clear and detailed information, which made me feel confident and well prepared for the trip. Once in Turkey, Cenk took care of me throughout the entire process. He accompanied me at the clinic, helped with translation, explained every step, and was always attentive and supportive. I truly felt taken care of.

The package included all transfers (airport, hotel, clinic), hotel accommodation, and the operation, and everything was very well organized and smooth. There were no issues, delays, or surprises.

I’m very grateful to both Cemre and Cenk for their professionalism, kindness, and attention. I highly recommend Istanbul Med Assist to anyone considering a hair transplant in Turkey.

I booked the Premium Plus Full Body Check-Up with Istanbul Med Assist in December 2025. The booking process was smooth, and my coordinator, Ayca, was professional, organised, and ensured that all tests at the hospital were completed efficiently. The hospital facilities and staff were excellent, and results were delivered and translated quickly.

However, despite the positive medical experience, I am giving a 1‑star review due to what I believe are highly concerning business practices around additional test charges and medication costs.

I was asked to take extra tests not included in the package. Although I agreed to the prices provided at the time, I later discovered that these tests were charged at rates far above market norms. For example, I paid €450 for a 24‑hour blood pressure monitor that typically costs €100–€150 in the UK, and €240 for a brief 2–3 minute eye test. Both charges were several times higher than normal private rates.

I was also taken to a pharmacy known to the company, where I later realised I was significantly overcharged for medications—by hundreds of euros compared to standard prices in Istanbul and online. When I raised these issues with the company, I did not receive satisfactory explanations.

Advice for future patients:
• Always check the cost of any additional tests before agreeing to them.
• Avoid purchasing medications through pharmacies recommended by the company.

While the medical service itself was good, I would not recommend Istanbul Med Assist due to these pricing practices.

I was afraid at first but ended up being agreeably surprised by the support and service provided.
The transport from the airport to my hotel and from the hotel to the hospital for all my appointments . They’ve also organized my transport to the airport on my way back.
The care, the attention and translation support at the hospital from their team member “Alay” was just impeccable and we ended up being friends and still talking from time to time with him.
I had a knee surgery but it’s definitely my best medical experience so far.
So grateful and definitely recommend it to everyone going to Istanbul for medical reason.

My whole experience with Med Assist was such a pleasure. Ayca was assigned to guide me through the whole process and didn’t leave my side. She went above and beyond what I expected. I truly recommend this company for your Total Body VIP scan.

My experience far surpassed my expectations. I knew the services and doctors would be top notch, but the attention to detail and thorough examinations and follow through is unprecedented. My husband and I were assigned a coordinator, Aysegul, who was with us from start to finish. She prepared us for all procedures, explained everything in detail and delivered information as it came to avoid any confusion or issues with language barriers. She delivered all prescriptions and gave instructions for each one, including written instructions. She was kind and patient and even helped us to find local eateries and social events. We also had help from another associate, Ayca, though our time together was brief she was also extremely helpful.
Needless to say, we will be making the trip back to the office every two years to replace our checkups and medical in the states. We cannot say thank you enough or pass on our recommendations more.

I recently completed a health assessment and was very pleased with the overall experience. The team was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which immediately put me at ease. The entire process was efficient and well-organised, with each step clearly explained.

What impressed me most was the MRI component of the assessment. The imaging was conducted professionally, and the final report was exceptionally detailed and insightful. It gave me a clear understanding of my current health status and areas to focus on, far beyond what I’ve received elsewhere.

Médical Assist is wonderful. I was in this hospital for a medical check up. All things they have done are great, and perfect. There,a honnest young man is also wonderful. He is disposal to assist you from the begining to the end of all examinations. This man has a great heart for humanity

Aiça is the best! We took our parents for a full check up at Istanbul Med Assist. Everything is well organized. Aiça constantly gave an update and explained everything during the whole procedure. She also helped us to choose few items from the pharmacy. She even took time out of her day to drop off some necessities to our hotel. The list goes on . Istanbul Med Assist provide transportation. A full report in English or language of your choice. Definitely recommend!

Overall I was pleased with my experience with Istanbul Med Assist. I received a lot of useful information from my testing package and at a reasonable price. Also having transportation included with the price was a huge help. My experience with Istanbul Med Assist associate Ayça exceeded my expectations. Ms. Ayça communicated with me well before, during, and after my appointment. She was positive, personal, and patient when assisting me throughout the day long testing. She made me comfortable which helped alleviate stress especially translating procedures and information to myself and hospital staff. She is an asset to your staff.
