The promised service and distribution are not what has been delivered. The press release does NOT show up in Google News and or any of the other major news outlets. In fact, sometime after they said they published the press release, I typed into Google and Bing search engines and NOTHING showed up.

They have a page about "statistics" but that is so obscure and all it shows in what browser type the press released supposedly was viewed from. However, the important statistics of where the published press release was sent and viewed is completely lacking.

I purchased the Tier 2 Pro package for $65, which guaranteed 300+ placements and Google-indexed links. What I got instead was fewer than 250 placements, all on low-quality, spammy websites that have no real traffic or credibility. Over a month later, not a single link is indexed by Google — which makes the whole service completely worthless for SEO or visibility.

I reached out to their customer support to request a refund, but they refused and then stopped responding entirely. This company does not stand behind its promises and offers zero accountability. Don’t be fooled by their flashy claims — this is a waste of time and money.

Avoid IssueWire at all costs.

Very bad. They promised to you that they will publish article on us based website only. But they put my content at spammy websites. I waste my money.

I liked the communication and reports, this will definitely help my new book get the attention it deserves!

If they don't approve your release after multiple attempts to correct it, you get NONE of your money back. Period.

Spammy websites and low domain authority with zero traffic only do not ever purchase issuewire press release service

The planning content on preparing a press release subject which does matter to the readers.

Do NOT spend a single penny on this company. They sent out my press release. I made it very clear it was only for the US. My news is IRRELEVANT in a click bait website based in Malaysia.

I recognized ONE site they sent it to. Everything else was shady, click bait or vampire sites dragging from other sources. Useless trash.

Paid for Tier 2 Pro $65.

The service is absolute garbage.

They possibly sent to 142 placements-mostly to their affiliates. Questionable- and only then equal to Tier 1 service at $21.   
 
Guaranteed Press Release Reach-9K-16K reach NOTHING   
...and so on.

They tried to verify that they had sent to the above (Google etc), But all they actually did was show that issuewire.com comes up in a search with no actual PR published on any of the sites listed-only a link on issuewire.

They even had the nerve to include the PR I'd done with other distributers that came up in a search as if it one of was theirs.

The promotion report is also absolute garbage with over 20+ claiming to be sent to YouTube and most of the rest sent to obscure and uncheckable sites.
With 1542 supposedly sent to one site alone (to obviously fudge up the numbers) and still nothing found there when I checked. So again, that's 1500+ sent and not 1 PR/article or mention could be found.

So don't waste your money fellow Indie Artists.
It's a scam. Legal action next.

Did the free trial press release just to see what websites picked up my press release and how well the site was at distributing. After a couple days of it being released, I go to the stats and see there has been ZERO websites that picked up my release. It seems that they want you to "promote" the release by spending money on what was supposed to be a free release. Moral of the story, I wont use them again and they should reconsider their "FREE" trial system.

I was able to quickly acquire credits, post and promote my release, monitor the resulting exposure and share detailed reports with the rest of the executive team.

Prompt attention, and Issuewire offers the greatest press release services, as well as helpful editing and distribution.

Fair price, good customer support, and good effort. Good distribution as well.
But the number of sites indexed on Google after the distribution is low. That must improve.
