I have worn Source sandals for around 20 years. This is my first replacement pair and the first pair is still pretty decent. I would order a half size up. I did have trouble in getting the right size.

Extremely Poor Customer Service
I ordered an item and have yet to receive an email affirmation if said order or an update; although I see the card was charged a week ago for the item. I emailed and submitted a ticket on the website several times and still no reply. Pretty bad customer service.

I found the FAB-Defence Flip Up Sights at a good price and placed my order and payment online. I then waited a couple of days and had received no confirming email as in the progress or acknowledgement of my online order. The payment is still marked as pending with my bank a week later. I found the contact details of Israeli Defence Store and wrote an email explaining the situation. I received a link back that wasn't all that clear about the exact progress of the order and destination marked as unknown. So yes I am still very confused as to what exactly is going on. The order process is pretty straight forward, I did get a reply to my enquiry, the rest is just confusing.

Friendly but..
Friendly but... Shipping didnt work out, so I got no item. I called and wrote mails. They told me to release the package from custom control so I had to make researche by myself. Custom control and german post told me that the package is still in Israel. I told IDS the problem a few times but I still got no item and no refund. After one and a half months I called amex to get my money back. Wasted lifetime...
After two months my stuff arrived but the service stayed as bad as I wrote about: still bad...

Bait and switch is a morally suspect…
Bait and switch is a morally suspect sales tactic that is considered a form of retail sales fraud. I ordered a Gen - 4 Micro - Roni. I purchased it from IDS specifically because it was advertised to have an aluminum picatttiny rail When the Micro- Roni arrived it had a plastic rail and not an aluminum rail. I called this to their attention with no option for a resolution.

Recommend shop where to get items of FAB DEFFENSE
I was looking for ar15 folding grip and had many issue ordering on web shop in France.
