I SPA Hot Tubs & Repairs Reviews 

Can not fault this company at all, our hot tub heater broke, so my hubby bought one off ebay from this company, but it didn't fix the fault, so we was told to send him the whole unit and he would look at it for us with no cost to ourselves only the postage. We are in Essex so had to post the unit to him. We got the unit back after a week, we plugged it in, but for some reason it still didn't work.
We decided to just buy a reconditioned spa from this company, which he posted to us.
This man never once moaned or complained with my hubbys constant emails and questions. They went above and beyond for us. No complaints what so ever.

Contacted Chris because my lazy spa hot tub was beeping at me and showing E03 and E05. He was amazing from the word go, dropped it off with him which he was so welcoming and such a friendly face. Reassuring me he would be able to fix it I left on the Wednesday more relaxed and was contacted Friday morning to say it was ready and he even sent me a video showing me it was working. Absolutely amazing service. Can't praise him enough for what he's done and I now with be sticking with him for all my hot tub needs and future problems. 100% Amazing

I have used this company on two occasions, I highly recommend it. Fixed punchers, gave the jet a full service and the entire hot tub a deep clean, to a high standard making it look brand new! The service was fast and reliable. It was great value for money and the staff are really friendly. I will definitely be using this service again in the near future! I can not THANK YOU enough 😁!

Chris provided excellent service. Found the source of our frustration with a puncture, serviced the motor & gave our tub a much needed deep clean that has it looking like new. Was able to replace the bladder & was full of advice & tips for trouble shooting. Super friendly & great with communication. Would highly recommend to others - actually did & our friend was able to purchase a refurbished hot tub that they’re really happy with too 👍🏻

Great service from Chris despite DHL's best efforts to mess things up.
Honest and open advice, came up with a solution to the issue and got our hot tub up and running again.

I have had an intex pure spa for several years, the base unit became inoperable, did a search for new intex pure spa and found I spa supplied brand new complete pure spa at a very attractive price. I had also contacted Intex spares direct and they quoted a lot more just for a replacement base unit and not a complete pure spa. So I contacted Chris by e mail on Tuesday 30th May regarding delivery and told could have by the end of the week. Placed my order and arrived Fed Ex 2 days later, followed up with an email from Chris with a tracking number, and another e mail to see that i was happy with my purchase. Highly recommended and great personal service from Chris at I Spa.

My hot tub was serviced and fixed (lots of small punctures) a year ago and put away. I was expecting it not to work after so long but the problem was finding the correct attachments. I SPA responded immediately and found me the pieces I needed. Such great responsive service. Wholly recommend.

We cannot recommend Chris and I Spa Hot Tubs team enough. His customer service is awesome, they couldn’t be more helpful on the end of a WhatsApp, phone call or even video call. And all this for a spa that was not even bought from them. Thanks to them, we are now up and running again.

Chris provides a faultless service. He had my hot tub repaired and delivered back to me in less than a week. And the price for all of that was less than other companies had asked for providing a quote. He also followed up to make sure I was happy with the repair. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Every other company I contacted wasn't interested but Christopher at Ipsa Hot Tubs found me the part, gave me a fantastic deal and posted them out to me straight away.
