Education, customer service and good investment opportunities
Great videos to teach, always available to customer service, and look into your specific questions and cases. Transactions have always been smooth. Zakat calculator yearly on top as a gift. I find the prices they offee fair and not greedy. There was a case where I transferred the money and the deal didn't go through, got my money transferred back completely without any effort from my side. So halal and legitimate.

Terrible customer support and responsiveness
Lack of customer support including missing scheduled appointment for call, plus regularly not replying ( or replying super late) to emails and livechats, often needing to chase up on responses.

We can only apologise for this. We know our customer service dropped significantly during the latter half of 2024.
Since then a fair bit of investment and infrastructure has been put in place to improve things for our customer service and things have significantly improved. However, it is still a work in progress and we are actively working on improving things further with a live phone support among other things. We really appreciate the candid and useful feedback.
