Bank details

Your money flow process is not clear. First you ask for bank details. Then you ask for a T&Cs check. Then that takes me to a page where I have a reference link. Then you ask me to send the money to a specific bank account. It felt sketchy.

You should remove the request for bank details at the beginning, especially since you are not running any verification.

Also, when asking for bank details, you should not ask for an IBAN for a US account when I am already providing a routing number + account number + SWIFT. It is redundant. I was blocked for 4 days on that step.

Alhamdulillah, a great platform that gives me confidence that my investments are shariah-compliant, and in the hands of competent people.

I came across IFG a while back and I have to say, it is probably one of the most informative platforms in terms of Islamic Finance. Communication is lacking. Slow responses. There is no contact number or customer services to contact regarding the investment.Phone number should be provided so that enquiries can be promptly addressed.
