Faulty handkebars
The scooter is faulty we have asked you too contact us by email or phone . We have calked your 03330 banner hyat bo answer ar all.. yoyr obviously don't care. And my child is ery upset.. so a big thanks for nothing. Quality is not as stated . And there customer service is just beyond horrible.. these scooters are dreams for teenagers.. they havd taken thos dream away from my son. Hours of scouring the beat scooter.. and all the hype.. they have let my kid down big time .. shame on them not even bothering to follow up on my kids fun....and my money dosent matter to me .. bit it does to them..

I had an extremely poor experience with this company. The scooter arrived damaged, missing essential parts including the charger and the bolt for the accessories, and had a sharp piece of plastic protruding, making it unsafe to use. Despite repeatedly acknowledging the issues and stating that a refund would be offered, I have now spent around eight emails going back and forth with them attempting to persuade me to purchase the missing accessories and charger myself, which is not what I paid for. This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. It’s been two weeks now and I’m yet to have a refund or information about how to return the unusable product.

Good Quality Scooter
The scooter arrived on time and is very good quality. One star taken off, as initially part of the order did not arrive (a waterproof bag which was to be included free when ordering the scooter) however a replacement item was arranged from the company and has now been received.

I ordered a purple scooter for my daughter as a gift for Christmas, which she really wanted. On Christmas Day when she opened the box the scooter was the wrong colour, it came green and black. So disappointed with the service, (literally had one job) and got it wrong. Wouldn’t recommend

Had a issue with order but sorted it straight away
I ordered a electric scooter which when it arrived was the wrong one. I emailed them and explained the situation. They replied very quickly and have messaged me daily to keep me updated. The issue has now been sorted and im very happy with the customer service and how quickly they sorted this. Will definitely be buying again and will also recommend to other thanks

Bought a gt1 and sent a s-nova pro
Bought from them a year ago. The scooter was very good came straight away so thought id upgrade. Having bought a different scooter for my daughter I was please to find that they sent me a more expensive scooter. The scooter in fact is far superior to the one I bought. God knows if they were low on stock or what have you but the scooter I receive was in fact top quality. The s-nova scooter is a great bit of kit
